The Cayman Islands are made up of three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. The largest, Grand Cayman has a cosmopolitan vibe, gourmet restaurants, world-class diving and the famous Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Brac is a nature lover's heaven of stunning diving and breathtaking walks along the rocky bluff. The smallest island, Little Cayman is home to just 150 people. Visitors enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and diving, especially Bloody Bay Wall, considered one of the world's best wall dives.

Kemeish Walker has eliminated my foot, hip and back pain in two sessions of massage and reflexology. I have been putting up with this discomfort for many months now thinking it was just part of the ageing process. She is an excellent therapist and The Da Vinci Centre is a first class facility. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The Beach Spa offers a range of Spa and Bodywork Treatments for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home, hotel room, balcony or beach. What sets us apart from your regular Massage or Spa Experience is the quality of treatment you will receive. We believe that the most beneficial bodywork treatment will be the perfect balance of therapeutic modalities mixed with relaxation.
The ladies at The Beach Spa were able to accommodate me at the last minute after a week of rock climbing. Ari worked on my back, shoulder, arms, and hands to relieve my aching, tired muscles. It's amazing that Ari and Kelly can come to you, but you can also book at the Cayman Brac Beach Resort in case your rental is lacking AC. I loved that convenience. Massages and spa treatments with The Beach Spa are a must for your Cayman Brac vacation!

I visit Grand Cayman for a few weeks every winter and have been going to Polished during my stay to keep my nails in good shape. I always have a good experience and am very satisfied with the service. This year, I had appointments with Marielle -- she is amazing! She is very careful and thorough and gave me the best manicure I ever had! Meg

Botanika Union is a unified movement for holistic travelers and vitality seekers looking to enhance their health, spiritual wellbeing and joy.
From the moment I met Monika I felt very relaxed. She explained about the 2 treatments I’d booked, reflexology and a facial. Both were a first for me. She started with the facial, soft music played in a very relaxed atmosphere, She explaining each step of the process to me and I have to say the hour went too quickly. The reflexology was wonderful. Would I have them again. Most definitely. Thank you Monika.

Claire is a lovely, attentive and calming instructor. I took two classes during my time on Little Cayman, Claire took time to understand my purpose in practicing & I came away remembering how important it is to be still. Claire focused on breathing, encouragement and mindset throughout. Highly recommend experiencing sunrise yoga, you won’t forget it. Thanks again Claire

Cayman Yoga Club is a space for serenity of body and mind through breath, movement, conscious living, and community. Located on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, our studio is easily accessible to all, visiting and living, on island. At CYC, you can find mostly all-levels power yoga classes with some slow flow, vin yin, and restorative classes sprinkled in between.
Cayman Yoga Club is a fabulous place to practice yoga for beginners or advanced yogis ! Being advanced myself, I have found many of the power classes (hally, Imani, kiersten, claudia, mark, janine) very challenging! There is great music and they give you cold lavender eye towels at savasana. I love the openness as I never feel crowded. All the instructors are extremely qualified to help you learn and master challenging poses. It's great because there is a shower so I can go at lunch and shower and pop back to work. CYC has helped me really get healthy and mentally relaxed. Love the atmosphere and everything about it.
