A really great place. We went with our family of 6 (4 children) and this was a wonderful experience. The hike up to it is tiring but makes it all the more rewarding. Eugenio is a wonderful guide and made it so fun

Located in the Historical District of Santa Marta...white building from XVIII century... used to be the tomb of Simon Bolivar... there are quite interesting histories on the casket of Bolivar being subject to strange adventures while some opponents trying to take it and send to the sea to destroy the simbol...surrounded by landmark buildings

This "apseo" is a great place to walk and enjoy the more turistic part of the city. You can see some sculptures allusive to the native Tayrona Tribe and take good pictures. The real magic of this place are the sunsets, you can literally see the sun go down and set on the horizon but while your doing this you will see the sky change colors and the water mimic it. Tootally worth it!
