Capt.Carlos and his professional crew are ready to put you on that fish of a lifetime, help you enjoy time with your friends, or make that family vacation a success. Simply put, our mission is to ensure that your time on the water is safe and productive, while utilizing sustainable fishing practices.
We took a family vacation to Costa Rica and since we run a fishing charter business ourselves, we wanted to fish the local waters. Signed up for a 3/4 fishing trip with a local team and took the entire family. The guys were great and took us to some of their favorite spots. Caught all kinds of fish, made great memories, and had the best day on the water! Thank you!

Monkeys, iguanas, birds, butterflies are some of the animals you might seeGreat and safe zip lining with 11 cables, an hanging bridge and a rappel , fly above the trees top for over 2km, longest cable 560meters.Ride our beautiful, strong and well tamed horses in a working ranch, different options including cows herding....Go for a ride on our mountain bikes, 13km trail mostly downhill.
Our family of four (kids ages 7 and 10) had the best day yet at Pura Adventura. We completed an all day package of horseback riding, ATV, and Zipline. All 3 activities were well guided (extra special attention to the kiddos), and so much fun. We all felt safe, comfortable- regardless of ability levels, and given the upmost attention. Fresh fruit was served after each activity, and the outdoor deck was the perfect resting spot between activities. Highly Recommended- all ages will have a blast!

The KINGFISHER is 31 foot Palm Beach, with full electronics, tower and outriggers, offering ample shade and room for up to 5 anglers, it is set up for the serious fishermen as well as the novice angler. We have been sending home satisfied anglers year after year to the point that the majority of our business is now repeat customers, and word of mouth. We strive to take fishing to a more personal level. We encourage angler participation, and while at first (especially to the novice) it may seem difficult, given a good day it is hard not to catch the fever.

A Cultural tour which explains the crops and folklore of Guanacaste. Tio Leo himself will show you the techniques that were used to harvest the coffee. In addition to that explanations on sugar cane and chocolate will be provided as part of the tour.
A wonderful tour. Very interesting. Guide gave a great history of coffee and the roasting process. We truly enjoyed walking through the coffee plants, cocoa plants, and other vegetation. Had our bags of coffee signed by the roaster. Highly recommended.

This is a third generation, small scale, sustainable farm. The animals are pasture-fed and roam freely throughout the day. It is our vision to continue to operate this farm without the use of pesticides or chemical based fertilizers and to maintain a balance of pasturelands and forest. Guests are invited to take a tour of the farm. Come and see the cows up close and try your hand at milking. Take a tour of the garden, where you will find banana trees, the beginnings of a small scale coffee farm, and seasonal fruits and veggies under the care of our family. We also have sheep, goats, pigs, and poultry on the premesis that are all a part of the farm operation. MonteVerde is an area with a rich history in dairy production. We invite to try fresh Costa Rican cheese. You can enjoy an authentic meal featuring the freshly made cheese, hand made tortillas, along with other locally sourced and seasonably available items.
