I actually went there in nov 2019 but TripAdvisor wouldn’t let me select beyond may 2020. There was an in indoor playground for small children. The place was fascinating as it used to be a sugar factory. There is a cafeteria, thrill rides for adults or older children. All of us including my parents and Kids enjoyed the place

Blueprint Cultural & Creative Park (BCP) was once called "the First Judicial New Village." It was the dormitory for the employees of the Tainan Prison, the Tainan Detention Center, the High Court Tainan Branch Court, and the Tainan High Prosecutors Office. In order to preserve the city's legacy, revitalize the deserted place, and connect it with the trend of the cultural and creative industry, after repairing this area, Tainan City Government recruited creative brands and people to set counters in the park. Since December 2015, BCP has been open for everyone, and become one of the most important creative clusters in the city.
This is a small cultural park consisting of small refurbished old houses. The exterior decorations of the houses are very interesting. There are many walls painted with colourful and lively pictures. There are little shops and cafes here too. It is a great place for photography. Spending 30-45 minutes here should be sufficient.

The Gate itself is impressive, as is the easy access to walk the walls. The gate itself is part of a small, very peaceful park in the middle of this bustling city. It's a worthwhile stop, and you can even see numerous stele in the corner of the park containing various legal edicts from over 100 years ago. We were pleasantly surprised how nice this small park is.
