Peaceful temple rich way of life along the Khong River.The harmonic of Cambodia,Lao and Thai architecture. One of historical place that must visit. Local people believe, this temple this the palace of Great Naga who protect people in the village. For foreigner need English speaking guide to assist and translation. บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ ลมพัดเย็นสบายริมแม่น้ำโขง ที่เต็มไปด้วยวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นของบ้านชะโนด โบสถ์ที่ผสานสถาปัตยกรรม ศิลปะ เขมร ลาว และไทย ที่รอให้ทุกท่านไปกราบนมัสการ พระองค์ตื้อด้านใน และสักการะท้าวคำสิงห์ เจ้าเมืองผู้ก่อตัวบ้านชะโนด ต่อมาโยกย้ายไปบริเวณจ.มุกดาหารในปัจจุบัน ความเชื่อ เชื่อว่าเป็นวังพญานาค เป็นที่ศรัทธาของพี่น้องจังหวัด นครพนม มุกดาหาร
