December 27, 2021 Oliva Fomby

Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

Chapelle Saint Joseph de Cluny

I was staying in a little hotel very close to Saint Chapelle and had read the reviews. This church is stunning and I would highly recommend visiting while in Paris. I did not buy a skip the line ticket but wish I did to save myself some time. Church is small but has beautiful stained glass windows and is very quaint- a must see!

I do have a thing for graveyards, tombs and cemeteries. It's a slice of history taking time to read and also looking at the elaborate resting places. From the ordinary to the famous to the hero this cemetery has them all and for me, well worth the visit.
