The largest timber wooden church in Europe with a spectacular Baroque style interior, beautiful painted ceilings (parts of the upper ranks have been in renovation back then). It is a beat off the beaten path, but if you have a car it is not that far away from Wroclaw which is a nice place to stop as well.

This is an open, world's one-of-a-kind HUGE lighted water fountain spectacle, with music, which will never be forgotten once viewed. Actual pictured images appear ON the water ! It's located in the eastern part of the city of Wroclaw ( correctly pronounced "VROTZ'-wav", in Polish ), on the grounds of the massive "Century Hall" exposition building. The easiest access to this site is by using on of the city's beautiful and modern street cars ( called "trams" ), which travel directly to and from the site.

One of the nicest city sights in Karpacz. A Norwegian XII century wooden church is a charming place right at the gates of the National Park. Nice place to visit before going on a hike or on a lazy day

We enjoyed the tour, learned some interesting facts about the mine (e.g., the gold price dropped 12 times after conquering the New World) and how the gold was produced. Very enjoyable to go by local mine train, feeling like in the movie :-) Cheap price, the tour took 80 minutes. A pity they do not regularly offer tours in English or Czech, we understood only half of information in Polish (the guy was very funny and we would love to fully understand more jokes :-)
