I was visiting Siena with 5 adult family members this month and stopped in this shop to buy local. I typically make reasonable efforts to support local small businesses as I understand that day tourism can be draining on a municipality. In no way do I expect to be treated like royalty, and I completely grasp that we do not speak Italian and not every shopkeeper/artisan speaks English. That said, there are universal signs of friendliness, and not one was exhibited. The young lady glazing when we entered seemed totally disgusted that someone came into the shop: she barely looked up from her project. There was essentially no acknowledgment of our presence. I had no intention of taking any photos in the shop, but was also put off by the number of signs saying this is not welcome: it creates a forbidding environment. I was also confused by the "Do not touch" signs. I'm certainly not going to buy if I don't look an item over, but was I going to get in trouble if I touched something? I was confused, and based on the unpleasantness of the artisan, I wasn't sure of what to expect. In the end, our group of 6 spent very little due almost entirely to the atmosphere of the shop. It's a real shame as their pieces were very nice, but who wants angry ceramics?

Before we visited Siena, a colleague highly recommended your shop and tours. The tour was fantastic! This way we had the chance to visit the more quiet places in Siena. Driver collect us from our accomodation in Figlene and took us to Pisa Airport. Very professional and caring for our party. My son suffers from travel sickness and we were not rushed and also stopped when required for air. We made good time to the airport and were early for no extra charge the driver took us past the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The service was fabulous and I would recommend and book again if I am in the area.

We booked with Alessandro for a day trip from Florence to Siena and San gimignano as we were in Italy for my wife's business, so we decided to visit Tuscany for the third time. COVID wasn't a big deal yet, but the cities were practically deserted.. Alessandro was a delightful tour guide and host. (great with communications, reasonable price and very comfortable car and driver) Alessandro is extremely friendly, and it was a pleasure to meet him and have accompanied him around for the day. I don't know how he did it but every time we were leaving from anywhere, without even having to text him or look for him, he was there waiting for us with the door open! We were able to spend a really relaxing and enjoyable day touring the vineyards thanks to Alessandro so organized and professional! We love Florence!!!

Took the walking tour today with Safe as our guide. Wonderful experience. Safe spoke flawless English and his passion for Florence, art and history was addicting. We hope to do something similar in the future.

Claudio came to visit the area last winter where he conducted cooking classes. He is fun and energetic and very informative!! Learned so much about olive oils spices food and wines of tuscany!! Claudio showed us how to make homemade bread and pasta and we helped if we wanted to. He made a fantastic Pork Loin wrapped in bacon fresh rosemary and homemade bread!! Incredible!! Looking forward to Claudio returning this winter to Illinois to try more of his foods and see whats on the menu this time!!! An experience you wont forget!!!!!

had small group vacation planned for last October. cancelled due to Covid. Was offered voucher or refund. told them we needed refund due to not knowing if we would be travelling within a year. was told they would refund our money. Still waiting on a refund of 2084 and 1500 Euros.. that was over 7 months ago when it was cancelled. numerous emails. most of the time no response. Was promised refund when the person handling our group returned to work. nothing yet... Was really looking forward to a great vacation.
