I booked a tour for this June. When I booked, I had lots of questions. This company was excellent with answering my questions very quickly and patiently. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip. They were also excellent at helping me with that. They were again very prompt and easy to work with. They have some of the best service I have experienced in travel. I really hope to be able to travel with them next year.

On a scale of five stars, Muhammet deserves at least twice as many! His knowledge was beyond and above and it was so obvious that he is very passionate about his job - I was blown away by his professionalism and first and foremost his kindness and honesty. He gave me a tour of Hagia Sophia that I am overly convinced that NO ONEcould do better. And he also gave me very valuable advise on dos and donts, also he gave me at least triple the amount of time a “normal” tour would take, this experience I will bring with me for life. THANK YOU!!! ????????????????????????

This was an amazing tour with Seyhan! I was with my wife and 2 kids and he took us to all the historical places in Istanbul. His knowledge on all the historical sites is remarkable and his restaurant choice is top notch. I had the best lunch of my 14 day trip to Turkey on that day. I highly recommend this tour with Seyhan. His conduct is friendly and professional. He goes out of the way to accomodate requests and is a very nice person. I will definitely contact him whenever I come to Turkey the next time for more tours and recommendations!

We booked a 7- hours tour which was very well organized and very informative. Our bus was very comfortable and it was on time. Our guide Mehmet spoke very good English and his Russian was quite good too, which was important to me because my younger daughter is not fluent enough to understand everything. Unfortunately some places are closed due to the pandemic but nevertheless we were lucky to see and learn a lot and hope to come again

We have been serving the whole world since 2006. We are native to this land. We like our land, we take care of it, we value it, we feed it. We want to show the best we have. So far we have not received complaints from our passengers because of our services. This encourages us to focus more because we like what we do. We learned from our passengers. Their kindness delights us. The joy we see in them stimulates and triggers us to continue doing this activity. The main reason is that we speak the language of our passengers, evolve with the language, show our culture and tradition and delight in this activity. We try to make the stops in the best places where you have easy access to the most interesting points and where you have the most beautiful views to take the pictures. We take care of the elderly, and we try to provide the infrastructure so that they can easily skip any visit. Lunch is good.

An excellent private tour by Neon Tours. Our guide, Ozcan (a university professor), was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. The pacing was perfect and with the tranfers and lunch provided, this really was the best (and most reasonable) way to see the main sights of Istanbul. I followed previous reviewers and declined the visits to the spice and rug shops. Skip the Grand Bazaar (a most disappointing maze of knock-off merchandise) and shop down the local streets which have many charming quality items you actually do want to buy.

I booked this tour as a private tour and I am absolutely thrilled. Already at the pick-up you feel like a VIP because of the spacious vehicle. The catering is fully included and very good despite current legal restrictions. Great importance is attached to hygiene measures for pandemic prevention without having to have any significant restrictions on the experience. The guide speaks perfect German. Apart from that, he also speaks several other languages fluently. He really has an extensive expertise. You can have an excellent conversation about the cultures, mythologies as well as art. Although several sites are visited that are a bit far from each other, one is at the sights most of the time. The ancient buildings are fascinating and it is an indescribable feeling to stand in the middle of an ancient trade route while the guide describes life and events there at that time. At least as impressive are the waterfalls surrounded by nature and a park that invites you to explore. For cultural tourists, this tour is without a doubt a must.
