The Royal Poinciana Plaza is an iconic destination that serves as a jewel box oasis in the heart of beautiful Palm Beach. Built in the late 1950s, it stands today as a landmarked property and one of Palm Beach’s most treasured architectural gems. With 180,000 square feet of retail space and lush gardens, it offers a unique international shopping and entertainment destination for indulgence, inspiration, and retreat. Designed by world-renowned architect John Volk, The Royal Poinciana Plaza echoes Europe’s legendary retail destinations like the Palais Royal in Paris. The property has been carefully restored to its original mid-century glamour while remaining true to its retail roots. Its offerings include a unique mix of luxury retail, fashion, dining and entertainment, along with amenities for both local and international visitors. Arranged around two courtyards, the property provides a destination for guests to enjoy events, gather with family and friends, sip a coffee, or shop.
Royal Poinciana Plaza is a 180,000-square-foot retail center that was designed by architect John Volk in 1957. Volk had previously designed homes for the rich and famous including the Vanderbilts, Duponts, and the Pulitzers. He was allowed to design Royal Poinciana Plaza in any style he wanted with the condition that it be relevant for at least 50 years. He added two courtyards, colonnades, gardens, and fountains to the shopping center. The plaza opened in 1958 and it perfectly evokes the classy upscale Palm Beach lifestyle. The plaza has a lot of high end shops like Beach by Everything But Water which sells swimwear, Jimmy Choo (shoes), Asprey London, Kiton, Oscar De La Renta, Saint Laurent, Hermès, Zimmerman, LoveShackFancy, Theory, and Cremieux. If you are looking to be pampered the Nail Lab will give you pedicures while Paul Labrecque and the Edward Fleming Salon cuts hair, waxes, and gives facials. There is also a wellness center, Holistic Integrative Health, and Hiscup Spine, a back pain specialist. There are seven art galleries to decorate the walls of your Palm Beach mansion. Dining and drink options include Celis Produce, The Honor Bar, Saint Ambroeus, Palm Beach Grill, Too Jay's Deli, and Coyo Taco. There are investment and real estate offices. Not to mention one of the most elegant U.S. Post offices I have ever come across. In the summer of 2020 the Royal Poinciana Plaza got a $2.7 million dollar upgrade with new features and stores. Recent additions to the plaza are SoulOutside by Soul Cycle, Roller Rabbit with bohemian inspired brightly colored textiles, 100% Capri selling luxury linens and houseware, Alice + Olivia a clothing store favored by celebs, and Stoney Clover Lane which specializes in custom bags, pouches, and small accessories. Although I didn't end up with that Hermès scarf or Jimmy Choo heels I still loved my visit to this elegant landmark of luxury. It is an architectural gem. Royal Poinciana Plaza has everything you think of when you imagine Palm Beach, palm trees, warm, weather, and beautiful people.

Destination in West Palm Beach with food & beverage, retail, arts & culture, education and community experiences for all ages.
Such a picturesque plaza with all the essentials! Great food and drink options (Burgerfi -my FAV!!!!, Panera, Jamba Juice, Cheesecake Factory & many many more (great brunch choices as well), AMC cinema, decent shopping options like H&M, VS & Sephora! Not to mention how wonderfully clean this plaza is! Feels completely safe, no rowdy crowds, WiFi options from some of the stores but not the plaza itself which should make it lose a ⭐️ of the rating but everything else is really so wonderfully done, it makes up for it. Some days I used Uber to get there because there is a hefty parking fee but if you do use the paid parking, it is in a convenient spot. If you’re there for a movie, you do get 3 complimentary hours of parking which is absolutely commendable! There are limited parking spaces along the streets of the plaza but have to be super lucky to get one. Once you’re in West Palm, it is definitely a place worth checking out. It also comes alive in the night!

Among the 220 stores at Town Center, you will find The Apple Store, Tiffany & Co, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Lilly Pulitzer and many more. Parking options are more than ample, including three parking decks and valet stations. Conveniently located off I-95 and Glades Road, you’ll find just what you need and more. So from the entire team at Town Center at Boca Raton, we hope that you will visit us soon.
Everyone is masked, making this a great mall walk for exercise and browsing in warm weather. All stores are opened and mall is not crowded despite holiday shopping. Food court available for takeout. Unfortunately virus has cause some chain stores to close (Gap, Banana Republic, Microsoft, Zinburger and Anthropologie are gone) A new very attractive and well stocked Joseph's food market opened on site and is a great addition. Top quality fresh and prepared foods. Excellent staff, service and selection. Ample parking.

The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is a luxurious 1.4 million square foot regional shopping center, featuring over 150 fine specialty shops, anchored by Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Sears. The shopping center is conveniently located one mile east of I-95, on PGA Blvd.
Thankfully, this mall remains privately owned and its owners deserve vast praise for weathering a major downturn that has been hitting shopping malls nationwide. The Gardens Mall continues to epitomize the Palm Beach area with its brightly-colored decor, fountain and flower displays. It is unusually artistic, beautifully landscaped, comfortably air-conditioned and is ALWAYS spotless and full of surprise attractions. On one recent visit in the dead of summer, musicians played classical music on the downstairs level. This mall has lots of parking and is also heavily protected with security. You can find designer stores--many of which moved to this mall from Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. You'll also find Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks and Macy's. There's a recently enlarged Apple store, where employees graciously help you figure out how to operate any Apple device--even if you didn't buy it there! The skylight on the upper level is breathtaking during a sunny day, and this mall has comfortable sit-down restaurants, which include P.F. Chang's and Brio's. Last I went to Brio's, at least, it had the best lasagna I can remember. Just last week, I visited the mall's latest store--Altar'd State. Despite this store's dazzling high-end exterior, I was shocked to find unique, reasonably priced jewelry & sunglasses there as well as a gorgeous long lacy sun dress. Reasonable prices also can be found at H&M, Sears and at the new NYX Professional, which actually has employees who can help you find makeup! In the mall, General Nutrition Center marks the first store I've found that carries just plain calcium citrate, which I'm required to take. All other stores clutter this pill with additives, messing up my required dosage. Lilly Pulitzer's flowery clothes help crystalize this mall's Palm Beach-area identity, and the Lilly Pulitzer store displays beautiful pastel-colored items, which can make great souvenirs or gifts.

When visiting Boca Raton, a trip to Royal Palm Place is a must! With free parking, numerous restaurants, and spots for the whole family, you can't beat this destination. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are all available as well as various shops and boutiques. Indian, Brazilian, Italian, French, Chinese, and many more cuisine styles are offered in this diverse plaza. My favorite restaurant, Lemongrass Asian Bistro, has countless types of sushi and unique entrees in a very modern, relaxed atmosphere. Every Saturday morning in the winter season, a farmers market can be found in the Royal Palm Place parking lot. Over 45 vendors sell soaps, pastries, fresh produce, arts and crafts, jewelry, and live music is played. Don't miss an opportunity to spend your day at Royal Palm Place!
