For only $5.00, you get a guided tour of this historic site. The cut glass is beautiful, and we learned that Dorflinger fine lead crystal graced the tables in the White House as well as wealthy individual's homes during the Gilded Age of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The museum contains an exhibit of glass cutting equipment.

I truly enjoy visiting this market. The presence of the Amish is what first attracted me to it because I wanted my grandchildren to see and interact with people who have steadfastly held to traditions for centuries. But one visit would have sufficed for that. But what keeps me returning is the quality of the produce as well as the variety. The chicken barbeque is outstanding. Zook's homemade mint tea and root beer are delicious. There is a wide variety of book goods as well as cured meat. Prices are fair. The service is friendly and efficient. It is a delightful place to spend a part of one's day.

My husband and I have appreciated Frazetta's stunning art for many years and we were thrilled and excited to find a museum only a few miles away from our new home. Our visit there was not only inspiring but his daughter, Lori, took the time to give us a wonderful tour and history of many of his magnificent, original pieces. A must for Frazetta fans!

Art takes many forms® at this artist's studio and gallery nestled in the historic west end of Jim Thorpe, PA. Studio YNW offers a unique aesthetic experience in a variety of artistic mediums, from paintings and drawings to digital media, created by artist-in-residence Yvonne Wright, whose visualizations often draw on the legacy of Surrealism, where fantasy and pastiche play an integral part.

We had seen this place advertised on TV and stopped in on the way home from Hershey on Saturday. What a treat! The furnishings and craft and gift items were all beautiful, though pricey. But for mostly handmade Amish items you expect that. The food offerings and market items were delicious and we took some great meats, cheeses, and produce home. We also had fun wandering around the Log Home, wishing we could take it home with us!!
