Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

This small shop sells a collection of expensive military figurines.
For a collector of French toy soldiers this store is a gem. It’s super small, but the woman who runs it is very helpful. Most of the figures in the shop are produced by a company called CBG Mignot, which has been making toy soldiers since the 18th century (although it started under a different name). If you don’t see what you want they can order any sets in the Mignot catalogue. Even if you don’t collect it’s an interesting excursion into the world of hand painted miniatures.

Justine Red Bags : Made in France - Meant to Travel
I needed a carry on bag to return back to the states and we were having a heck of a time finding one that was just right. I happened to see Justine Red and went to see what they had. Their bags are absolutely beautiful, extremely roomy and durable. I carried a bunch of items in the bag to carry on board and I couldn't have asked for a better bag. They have a range of different styles, colors and sizes, so if you're looking for a really great handbag/tote, make sure you stop by here and see what they have to offer!

Great great bookshop in Paris. The choice of books is very diverse and everything is affordable since it's mainly second-hand books. It's typically the kind of store you can get lost in. Bonus: the owner is very very nice.
