Oharibako is factory&shop of "Tsumami zaiku"(traditional handcraft accessories) and Japanese arts & craft . founded in 1946. "Tsumami zaiku(pinching craft)"is a method of making Japanese hairpins, especially those swaying in "Maiko's hair". We have a workshop of "Tsumami zaiku"hairpin and brooches everyday. The workshop can be done even in English.
We sell clothes and accessories created using traditional Japanese hand-painted yuzen techniques.We also offer hand-painted yuzen experiences that require reservation. Please feel free to contact us.
