KwaZulu-Natal (/kwɑːˌzuːluː nəˈtɑːl/; also referred to as KZN and known as "the garden province") is a province of South Africa that was created in 1994 when the Zulu bantustan of KwaZulu ("Place of the Zulu" in Zulu) and Natal Province were merged. It is located in the southeast of the country, enjoying a long shoreline beside the Indian Ocean and sharing borders with three other provinces and the countries of Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho. Its capital is Pietermaritzburg and its largest city is Durban. It is the 2nd most populous province in South Africa, with slightly fewer residents than Gauteng.

Tweedie Junction is the home of Full of Beans Cafe (Coffee Shop) situated just off the N3 if you take the Howick/Tweedie offramp and head towards Tweedie. There is a courtyard surrounded by owner run shops selling gifts, crystals, art and other interesting items.
Fabulous place to visit just off the main road just outside Howick. The owner at Dragonfire beads was totally engaging and we happily purchased many items of quality here, enjoyed the demonstration and the general chat. All of the owners/staff here were once again, tuned in to the serendipities of community spirit. Happy shopping...

The Tatham Art Gallery is one of the major art museums in South Africa. This art museum is funded by the Msunduzi Municipality and belongs to the residents of Pietermaritzburg, the capital of KwaZulu-Natal. The Tatham Art Gallery serves the Msunduzi region through the Visual Arts. A major function of the Tatham Art Gallery, established in 1903, is to display art. This is accomplished through the hosting of a range of art exhibitions. These include travelling and researched exhibitions as well as exhibitions initiated by the Gallery, and based on art works in the permanent collection.
When you enter the building, there's a warm welcoming atmosphere. The works of art are extremely beautiful and amazing. The sculptures are well made and makes you realize how well crafted they are. There is a coffee shop where you can sit and enjoy a meal, while taking a break. There's lots to see. You will truly enjoy your visit, just as I did. I've been to the Gallery about 4 times already.

More than a shopping centre, but a giant theater that is dedicated to entertaining you. We specialize in taking the therapy of retail to a whole new dimension. Prepared your senses for overload at the biggest shopping complex in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the coolest malls in the country. Grab your ticket and prepare to be thrilled, excited and asking for more.
Paid two visits to this large Shopping Mall. Caters for every need. Toys, meals, movies, entertainment, groceries, banking, etc. Enjoyed a rainy day stroll with lots to do for busy Grandchild.

This market oozes with stereotypical country charm. It's almost mandatory to pack up the family and dog, take a sturdy basket and arrive early. Treat yourself with breakfast and, from your vantage point on a hay bale, decide your method of attack. Peruse stalls at a leisurely place as hands-on producers passionately talk you through their wares from traditional English sausages to decadent baked goods, handcrafted organic cheeses, breads and rustic French staples like terrines and rillettes. You'll also find Middle Eastern and Mediterranean specialities from baklava to falafel. If you're shopping with a conscience you can buy organic veg or a pre-installed, irrigated system to grow your own organic vegetables.
We love the Sedgefield Market and although very different, this is on par with great variety of food and beverages. Wonderful place to visit

I love this very enjoyable "all-under-one-roof" shopping centre just off the N2 close to st Lucia. The Checkers store is by far superior to others in the region.Leaving my car parked safely under watchful eyes of friendly, competent security while I enjoy a Spur burger or pop in to we the chemist at Clicks feels great!Shopping in a centre that is ALWAYS clean with clean bathrooms is also absolute bliss! Keep up the good work and thank you for offering a beautiful, well run one-stop shopping solution to all .I am proud of what this centre represents to the many tourists and foreigners passing through.

We live in a development close to Watercrest Mall and we, quite literally, find it such a comfortable & easy Mall to be at. The parking guards are skilled and polite. The shops are diverse without being overwhelming (who wants abundance when you are under 15 or over 65). Watercrest offers three grocery stores; Baby City; @Home; Le Creuset; Body Shop; Dis Chem; Mug &Beans; lovely SuperSpar Cafeteria; Food Court; Games; Bargain Books; Movie Theatre with six screens; underground parking; two Beauty Salons and a Barber Shop; Mr Price; etc. All the major banks are there with their ATM’s. Great mix of patrons. Sound e perience of shopping every time.
