Camden, Maine is proud to call itself the "Jewel of the Coast." A beautiful seaport town with a harbor full of sail boats, Camden has been used as the setting for so many movies, from Carousel to Peyton Place, that it is what many people think of when they think of New England. With a series of annual festivals running all year round, including the US Toboggan Championships, the Summer HarborArts Juried Arts & Craft Show and Windjammer Weekend, there is always something to do in Camden.

I was so excited to "window" shop in the gorgeous store. If you like fibers, you will be in heaven. Because of the covid-19 , it was an unusual style of shopping but Misty, the owner could not have been more helpful. Her choices were endless! She was so interested, enthusiastic and pleasant. I would drive two hours again just to go to this yarn experience!

Travel back in time to an old-fashioned specialty candy store, stocked with candy many haven't seen in years and with other kinds of candy that most people don't even know exist. Uncle Willy's Candy Shoppe offers a wide variety of classic candy favorites: gourmet chocolates, fudge, brittles, "penny" candy, licorice, gummies, novelties, and many famous brands that you know and love. Come see our 12 foot long Jelly Belly wall at our Camden location!
If they don’t have it, it probably doesn’t exist, two floors of every type of candy imaginable including many from your childhood! Great fudge, chocolates, jelly beans, gummy bears, licorice, and more! Don’t miss this treasure a little further down the street!

wonderful store and knowledgeable staff. purchased a Wick Ahrens whale sculpture and a Jim Keefer decoy. We came back on our next trip in from ohio for another Jim Keefer decoy and the shop owner was able to arange a visit with Jim at his home and studio, what a special treat and day that was. Purchased our second decoy. We know Jim and Wick have since passed, but are still interested in their art. I also noticed on your web page what seems to be photos of Earl Martz sculptures. We are also fortunate to own two of his pieces. If you have any of their work available please let me know. thank you for a wonderful store . Worth the trip to Maine all by itself. Sincerely David ps.I put in March 2019 for the visit but it was afew years before.

This is a very well displayed leather goods store with hats all the way down to your feet. They had a lot of ladies handbags too.

A uniquely wonderful retail store sitting atop of the waterfall, on the harbor of Camden, Maine. Surroundings offers items for the Home, Table, Gifts, Vintage, and Art, as well as perfect must have items for each season. Come get your lobster bake ready with presentation and serving items (don't forget the lobster bibs), and take with you one of the many Maine-made items you would be proud to display; special keepsakes that are a cut above.
