Deddington Farmers' Market is one of the most successful and well loved farmers' markets in the county. It has 40+ carefully selected food producers selling foods that have been grown or produced within 30 miles of the pretty ironstone village. The stallholders are happy to talk to you about the provenance of their foods and answer your questions. There is also a craft market in the church on market days. The market is held on the 4th Saturday of the month.
Farmers' Market in Oxfordshire village of Deddington. Held on the fourth Saturday of every month. Very friendly and bustling market with 40+ stalls selling a wide range of locally sourced produce (where possible) including meats, fruit/veg, plants, cakes, breads, fish, etc. Also a lovely range of crafts, some of which are in the Church. A great market to visit with a lively sociable atmosphere. Plenty of excellent venues in the village to relax for coffee/lunch. Run for 14 years by local volunteers for the benefit of the whole community.

Well thought out and clean. So much stock to see and unlike many places like this the lighting is great. The highlights have to be the organisation and the staff. Top notch! They are super friendly and nothing is too much bother. I have made a point to return regularly and always come away happy and with a few gems.

I have been back to the shopping centre a couple of times recently, and it was nice to visit the centre once again. The place was buzzing when I visited, with lots of people there. Of course, there are the distancing rules to be aware of, but that is not a problem and most people were wearing face coverings. Most of the regular shops were open, but it is a great shame that M&S has closed its town centre shop(now you have to visit the 'out of town' outlet)as that was always worth a look. It is pleasing that HMV is still there, and there is plenty of activity the other end with a new 'food hall' section(although a lot of the products were very expensive!)being opened. It has always been a great shopping centre, and with the extension that's being built, it should hopefully attract the customers back in greater numbers.
