This Temple is situated in Naatarasankottai village in sivagangai district.. From Sivaganga bus stand this village is at a distance of 12 kms.. Kannudaya nayaki Amman Temple is the name of this Temple. A very big pond is in front of the temple.. You could see Rasi mandalas carved in the roof if there entrance of the temple.. Suyambu Amman Idol.. In olden days, people Who were selling buttermilk and curd faced a problem. Whenever they crossed a particular place, their milk and curd vessels fell down and everything is in the soil. So they decided to convey this to the king and ask him to take necessary action.. But before they could come to the king, Amman came in his Dream and showed that she is hidden under a jackfruit tree in pirandakulam village.. This Amman Idol was dug From the earth.. It was kept in the present temple site facing east wards., But, they could see Amman Idol returned to Northside in the next morning.. Taking this as Amman's order, a temple was erected and poojas are done.. A temple in which people pray for good health, To cure their eye diseases and for family unity..

Beautiful climb to pray and yes monkeys are there to snatch anything that it thinks as food. Also there is a blessing from elephant which if you provide the money, it will bless. That is amazing

To catch them, the British threatend to demolish the temple Gopuram of this Temple.. To save the temple from being attacked by the British Maruthu brothers gave their life to save the temple Gopuram .. Come and feel Blessed..
