Convento San Agustin is a pleasure to visit as the guide is very knowlegeable about Ciutadella history.There are several other interesting churches and historical Streets in Central Ciutadella.Less frequented by tourist compared to Cathedral de Menorca.

Menorca Cathedral was build on the site of the mosque of moorish MEDINA MINURCA during the reconquista and was one of the few buildings in Ciutadella who survived the 16TH century Turkish raid.During mess it is free to visit and during the day an entrance fee.There are 3 more interesting churches in Ciutadella::Sant Francesc near placa des born and Esgleia del roser now an exhibition space and San Agustin convent plus church.
