This is my third escape room at Puzzah! over the last four years and the staff is amazing. They care about you and the puzzle rooms immensely. Super kind folks. Thanks to the nice guy we had today (5/13 @ 1 pm)!! We are now 1-2 at Puzzah! and will definitely go back for the fourth! Tick Tock, Iris, and Kazam are all so fun! Grab your friends and family and go have a good time!

Kyra made our experience very fun. It was just myself and my husband as a fun activity I surprised him with for our anniversary. We did the Conspiracy Theory room, just the two of us. We made it out with a few minutes to spare! Fun and challenging room. The business itself was very clean and there was sanitizer everywhere. I appreciate them for the extra efforts made to keep a clean safe experience for us especially with the ever-changing challenges of keeping up with COVID restrictions. Can’t wait to come back.

Our team had a wonderful team bulding exercise at Room 5280. During the planning phase and on site, the staff were very easy to work with and accomodating. Their instructions were on point, and got us off to a great start, as we utilized all 3 escape rooms at the 5th Avenue location. The 5280 team was always ready to provide a clue or let us know we were on the right track as we worked our way through the room.Everyone had a great time. We highly recommend Room 5280 and will be back.

Steve, the owner, is wonderful and his rooms are very fun. We did the baseball room for a birthday party and he was great with the crowd of 5th graders. He is always accommodating, and the rooms are very fun. Different kinds of puzzles, and lots of interesting props. Will definitely visit again.

we had so much fun we came down for a birthday weekend and did the Budapest express and it was a great way to start it off the staff was amazing especially the game master Sean we will be coming back to try the hardest one.

We played the Casino Heist escape room. It was a very fun and a very well put together room. A stimulating challenge but not over the top extremely hard. We had to receive some hints haha. Stephanie and Trace were very welcoming and enthusiastic! Would definitely recommend!

The 5 of us did this as a family (parents, a grandparent & 2 older teens) outing. Only one of us had been to an “escape room” prior. We didn’t do great and prior to going in, I really thought the teens would have it solved in no time. Surprise! They were just as perplexed as we were, which was great! The hour went fast. When you get stuck, they will give you a clue. We had problems with getting locks opened. On 2 occasions, they had to come in to help us. We did the wizards & sorcerers game. We still had fun and it was a good family outing! Would we do it again? Absolutely!!
