Reviewed By sithump2022we did not feel much when we entering the property . but the whole negative thoughts were changed after talking to the friendly staff and the welcome drink which we never tasted before in any of the hotels . room and the dining area is good . normally we are fans of buffet , but the food we got was superb and did not feel any difference of loosing a buffet .the person who arrange our food was extremely good guy who think the sustainability of the the place he work and it is very rare to find such people . having sea bath is our favorite , but lost the chance as sea bath as the sea was rough. surely we will visit your place again to enjoy the sea and the great food. to improve the perception , i would like to suggest that you keep your garden and the surrounding little bit of an orderly manner and keep it attractive the difference is your staff thanks

From the homely welcome of the Receptionists and Manager, to the Waiters who remembered our names and usual orders, to the Chefs who prepared exquisite meals, this property has got everything covered in their hospitality front. An aesthetically pleasing architecture and hospitality like no other, Thaproban Beach house always gave us a reason to return back.

Reviewed By ashhole2001Visited for High tea, kinda disappointed when the restaurant staff weren't even informed about my High tea reservation when I already spoke to them over the phone and made the reservation before arriving. The restaurant wasn't really how I expected, was so noisy and a bit crowded with locals. The baked and savoury items tasted good but too much just for one person. Asked the waiter to refill my coffee but I was charged extra for that!

Unlike Araliya Beach Resort in the nearest neighborhood you can get personal service here 3. Unique design - you will fall in love at first sight 4. Amazing sea food during all dinners we had 5. The greatest team. There were a number of opportunities to sea how the team cares about there guest during your stay. I have never met such care for the guests

A luxury boutique hotel with 22 rooms, surrounded by lush greenery and two minutes walk from the lovely Unawatuna Beach. All rooms are air conditioned, has en suite bathrooms with hot and cold water and mini bar. Some rooms over looking the pool or the the garden. The bungalows surrounded by many trees and view of the jungle. Most rooms have large balconies and on request a hammock will be included.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Yoga ?♂️ every morning was very good. We had monkeys outside our room in the bamboo trees. We had a problem with our first room but the staff were very good and sorted it promptly. We just had a small gripe..... the staff in the evening spoke very little English and struggled to make them understand. All in all a clean beautiful hotel.

There is a food menu with lots of options. You can order fresh seafood as well from what’s available. Happy Banana and Kingfisher are in walking distance if you want to go for a party.

Our villa offers accommodation in 6 double and triple rooms, 1 luxury penthouse apartment , 1 single bedroom (4 beds) and 1 double bedroom (3+3 beds) fully equipped apartments. All our rooms are new, clean and safe. They are air-conditioned and equipped with a fan and a fridge. The Unawatuna beach once named “The Best Beach in the World” by Discovery TV Channel offers safe swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, trekking and shopping for typical local products such as gems, tea and fabrics. Thanks to villa's excellent location our guests can spend their days by visiting Galle Fort (UNESCO heritage) or the turtle hatchery in Koggala, whale watching in

We were able to park our tuktuk on his property, he called his mechanic & entertained us in the meantime with his history of the hotel which is absolutely stunning & so well based. With a beautiful restaurant on the beach! No better place to be!!

Reviewed By holidaygalnottinghamStayed 5 nights in this hotel in March I requested a room on low floor which they gave us but ceiling fan didn't work and balcony door didn't lock so we asked for other room all they had was one on 3rd floor which we took and room was fine hotel was nice lovely beach staff seemed friendly although manager was a little overbearing at times but all was well until we were packing to leave and we realised that a pair of Samsung earbuds and £100.00 in sterling was missing from my handbag in wardrobe we believe it was taken the day before when a staff member was hanging around outside our room when we went out and on the last day my husband had left his phone in the room and that was still there the manager offered to call them police but as we were due to leave in an hour we couldn't see any point the manager said he would investigate and contact me but he has not so therefore I would advise people to avoid this place if you value your possessions It was a very bad end to a great holiday
