Right at the Yonaha Maehama beach, chosen as the best beach in Japan.
Fantastic location on what is possibly the best beach on the island! Beautiful and huge gardens to the front and especially the rear of the hotel. The Coral wing superior twin was quite large and clean and everything worked fine. It had a wonderful view of the turquoise sea!! The bar/cafe food and drinks were expensive but the ambience was brilliant, so enjoyable. It’s a huge hotel, so quite relaxing to walk around. Staff mostly friendly, if not so well trained. However, you couldn’t help thinking that the sole objective of the hotel was to extract as much cash as possible from every guest with the minimum effort! The rooms are top price, but there was no welcome drink and they even wanted rent to use putters on the putting green!! A room leaflet said they also wanted rent to borrow a corkscrew!! That must be a first!! Unique!! Room … Twin beds different length and shape, mattresses very hard, no balcony chairs, no towel hooks in the bathroom, walk mounted television off centre, and although they had satellite channels, for some inexplicable reason all the non Japanese channels were blocked off, so no international news or movies!! Is that unique in the world??!! I’ve never experienced it anywhere else, even in Japan!! The really great hibiscus bath salts given on the first night were not replaced on any of our subsequent nights until requested!!!! Why not??!! Dining … Nirai Kanai was kept freezing cold!! It took long arguments with staff to be permitted to dine at tables on the warmer outside terrace. Guest’s wishes should be happily accommodated!! Food was ok/average, There were no them nights or entertainment, so rather basic and boring …. Three stars?? I canceled my Barbecue reservation, because I was told that although the food was ok, it was very expensive but very little and guests had to cook their own food at their table, so not a real barbecue!! There are many guest rooms, but very few facilities. No fitness centre, no table tennis, no pool/ snooker, no darts, no library!! The children’s facility room was empty!! At night, the gardens had a few lights but were really quite dark!! They need to be lit with beautiful lighting so that guests can enjoy a walk in safety!! My son’s family room was given two sets of towels for his family with the explanation that they match the number of beds, and not the number in the family!!! In a “family” room!!! The man at the leisure desk said he’d never heard of snorkelling tours even though they’re advertised in the hotel’s website!! Some hard working friendly staff, but some strange hotel staff guidance!!

Opened its door in June, 2012. One of the luxurious hotels in Naha with 157 guest rooms. All the rooms are 35 sq/m (377 sq.f) or bigger with complimentary WiFi. Free valet parking service. Very convenient location-- approximately 10 minutes from Naha Airport, directly connected with Asahibashi Monorail Station and cross the street from Naha Bus Terminal. Awarded for 2015 Travelers' Choice and ranked #18 for Best Hotel 25 in Japan on TripAdvisor.
My husband and I stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon travels to Japan and Okinawa. This hotel is very beautiful and quite peaceful! The staff were very polite and accommodating. We loved our room- very clean and excited about the heated toilet seats- lol! The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet that pretty much got us through to dinner everyday- but get there early to get a table or you have to wait, but they also will ring your room when your wait is over which makes it nice. There is only one piece of wisdom I wish I knew before staying. It’s a little confusing because the check in desk is located on the 4th floor and the hotel goes up from there. When you don’t speak the language this is a good thing to know. When you walk into the hotel after unloading your luggage- you have to go up the elevator to the check in desk. Hope this helps!! We will stay here every visit we return and there will be many as my husbands heritage is from Okinawa.

We stayed at EXES for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The rooms were huge and we had ocean view. We could use our breakfast tickets for lunch, which sometimes was buffer and sometimes a la carte. The facilities are amazing and at the time when we were there (late Sept.) it was relatively empty, so for instance sometimes we were the only people by the pool, or sometimes 6-8 other people where there. The only downside is that hardly anyone of the staff can speak English, actually only at checkout we found a person that spoke it fluently. But it was fine, just a heads up to keep that in mind. All in all, worth what you pay for!

Located on a lush private island on the west coast of Okinawa and blessed with azure ocean views from all guestrooms, Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa offers energizing experiences and aims to connect guests to who and what matters most to them.
Great location, superb food and excellent facilities. 2 outdoor pools and one indoors. Good recreational facilities but the snorkelling was a bit disappointing. Serakachi Robata restaurant is exceptionally good

Have frequented this hotel for the past two years, until I was deeply offended by their customer service and managers recently. The accident happened when I wasn’t able to enter my car at their parking lot due to the big vehicle next to me was parking too close. Approached the Front Desk Manager and I was told to either wait 1.5hrs for the owner to come back or to enter my car through passenger side. Was wondering whether they dare to talk to their Japanese customers in such way. The apology was also a joke as their management wasn’t even interested in any feedback and simply replied sorry, you can have a free cake as compensation, period. In conclusion, don’t expect any customer service if you are well travelled and know true Japanese hospitality.

The hotel welcomes you with its stylish décor, convenient surroundings and flexible service. A mere three minute walk from the JR, Yurikamome and three subway lines. Free wired and wireless LAN service in all rooms and Lobby area.
Relatively new hotel, close to two subway stations so the rest of the city is within easy reach. Stayed in a King room which was quiet and comfortable with a good, not too firm bed. Luxurious atmosphere at a reasonable price.

The Hotel Orion Motobu Resort & Spa is located in the Motobu Peninsula, which is in the northern part of the Okinawan main island and facing the spectacular East China Sea. The magnificent Emerald Beach, selected as one of the 100 best beaches in Japan,is right at our doorstep. Nearby are the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, where visitors can fully enjoy the appeal of Okinawa, and the Bise fukugi tree-lined path to the beach, which is reminiscent of traditional Okinawan scenery.
Hotel Orion Motobu Resort was an oasis. The site feels brand new, with big, comfortable, clean, and eco-friendly rooms. Positives: beautiful view of the sea from balcony, free parking, tasty breakfast included, the Okinawan restaurant was outstanding for trying local foods, attentive staff, the property sits right on the Expo park. Negatives: no gym, no room service, the spa was closed at the time due to the COVID state of emergency which was understandable. Also, nearby Bise tree grove is fun to explore, but, I think due to it being summer, there were large spiders everywhere in the trees!

Urban resort hotel surrounded by the sea; on site restaurant featuring French & Asian cuisine; theatres & shopping within 1 mile. Parking: 11
Comfortable, pretty-well-appointed bedrooms. Quality soaps which left skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Huge TV with pre-dedicated channels for Netflix and YouTube. Handy variety of charging/hooking-up adapters for various USB/etc dependent gadgets. Room had a nice balcony + chairs looking out over a section of the harbour toward the Harborland Mosaic restaurant and boutique complex. Ample selection of international / Japanese items on breakfast buffet menu in a large set of rooms generally looking out over the harbour. Staff pleasant, courteous and efficient. Not quite as prestigious or ritzy, perhaps, as the nearby Hotel Okura (have been lucky enough to stay at both), but a more lively and cosmopolitan feel. The spacious central atrium also gives it a lighter and airier atmosphere. You can book and take a 2-hour + evening dinner cruise around Kobe 'bay' at the terminal one floor down from the hotel lobby, although you can book a similar type of cruise from the terminal at the Mosaic complex a short walk away. Kobe Port Tower is a very short walk from the hotel entrance. Finally, at any time of year, but especially from late spring through autumn (I would imagine; I visited in early December), the Nunobiki Herb Gardens and Ropeway are really worth a visit -more so, perhaps, than anything else in Kobe. Take the hotel's free shuttle bus up to the shinkansen (bullet-train) station and follow the signs for the cable car (about a five-minute walk). Take the cable car all the way to the top (past the intermediate stop) and stroll down a wonderful winding path past all manner of fragrant herbs and flowers, with mountain views over Kobe, the sea, and beyond... There are plenty of play areas for children (who basically have plenty of fun just running down the slopes), and quite a few hammocks laid out where you can sunbathe and snooze -a treat in the early winter sunshine, before twisting yourself inside out as you try to get out of the hammock and you suddenly find yourself on the ground.

Modern and clean condo style hotel room with all the necessary amenities, with the best view of the beach in Onna-son area! Hotel staff are very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and also for luxury hotel groups, but the service here was probably one of the best I have experienced in a very long time! I come to Okinawa to work at the university nearby this hotel and it’s very easy to commute to. Some suggestions: since I stayed there for 10 days, I would have like to see some different items on the breakfast and lunch menu. Eating the same salads for 10 days consecutively was a bit tiresome. Quality of food is great, but different options would also be wonderful. I am gluten intolerant so if you offer gluten free pasta or gluten free bread or cereal option at your restaurant would be ideal. I tried your cornflakes thinking it was 100% GF but it wasn’t the case and I had a reaction. My fault for not check long with staff but would be great if you offered some gluten free options for my next stay?? I always like to keep my mind fresh when I travel for work and one thing I like to do is to sweat in the mornings. Would be great if you could upgrade your gym equipment. Your treadmill looks. But tired. Other than that, overall an excellent experience! Thank you! I will be back again!
