Reviewed By rondat229Stayed a few nights here and have great service. Breakfast was nice and again, staff wonderful. We did the 2 bedroom apartment with the patio. Was nice to sit out in the evening and have wine and relax. Close to train station and several nice restaurants. Very clean, nice bedding and amenities.

Reviewed By Explore68373975430The only hotel in the world in which I stayed and had to pay more for my 9y old daughter and myself than I would pay for two adults. After getting an answer to my question how comes: because it is like that all other rates got irrelevant. They so easily became destination I’ll not revisit.

Pool and sauna area was nice & clean and not overcrowded. Breakfast and dinner was ok but not more. One of the staff in reception was very rude and inhospitable.

This is a scam! For sure not a 5-star hotel

They helped us unload our bags from the car then just left them next to the elevator and told us to take it upstairs to our rooms ourselves!!! They also asked us to park the car ourselves. When I called the reception to ask for an adapter, I was told to call in the morning for someone who can speak English. We expected a 5-star service especially for the price we are paying but it was far from it...such a disappointment

Reviewed By ChrisD12345678Our second visit and again everyone is happy. Perfect for the whole family. Easy to get to, perfect for skiing and lots to do for the children. All staff speak very good English which has made it easier for our children who only speak a bit of German. Overall very happy and will be back although I would not come without children as there'd be more relaxing places!

It was such a pleasure to come back each day to afternoon tea, in the garden enjoying the views while the kids played on the fun sledging slope. Our 5 course dinner every night was just delicious.The children always enjoyed their meals. It was the most relaxing hotel, and we loved the pool and spa enjoying the views. The plunge pool water fall was really special. We highly recommend the 5 km sledge trip with the manager at the end of the week. We were taken up by tractor taxi and then had the most magical experience wizzing down-what fun! Thank you. We had access from here to such a great range of runs-on all levels. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly-Thank you,

Reviewed By 59895JanaOur stay was for 4 days, we were fully satisfied with all the service - room was large, very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is near the lake, so there is a beautiful view, ski area is near by, large and nice too. The parking at the ski area is free. The food was very tasty, large variability (only in the morning a little bit more vegetables would not be bad, on the other hand, there was enough fresh fruits, juices and other kind of food.) You choose from the menu for the dinner, the offer includes the typical Austrian meals, which we happily tried and were very tasty! We are looking forward coming here again, thanks all the people there!

Reviewed By detraveller-1Due to the recent renovation, the hotel rooms are all new and clean. All in Red hotel residents have direct underground access to the Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg Thermal Spa facilities but at an extra cost unless of course one pay's for the all inclusive package. The food is very good and with lots of choices to choose from and a place for kids to play in restaurant. There is free babysitting services, an indoor and outdoor pool, large play ground and outdoor mini golf. Check-in was very fast. Receptionist took time explaining all about the hotel and the amenities available as a first timer with them. The room was spacious and clean. Paid for the all in kulinarium package so enjoyed breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner but had to pay for drinks extra.

A Winter Wonderland

The couple that manage this property - Norbert and Agnes are truly wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. On our first evening we had booked a restaurant nearby and were a bit apprehensive to drive there in the snow, Norbert offered to drive us and collect us. There is a very welcoming bar area, really homely and charming. Our room (recently refurbished) was exceptional and so comfy with fantastic views of the mountains. There is a swimming pool and sauna to relax in after a days skiing. The skiing in the area is fantastic and extensive (car needed to visit the slopes). The hotel also has a ski and boot storage area (heated). To sum up - a lovely place to stay and a wonderful welcome. The couple that manage here make this the place it is! We didn’t want to leave!
