Stayed in a one bed cabin which was clean and roomy. It had under cover parking, stove, air con, electric blankets. Lots of young families staying over the weekend & kids riding around on gocarts. The park is overlooked by the Booroka Lookout and not too from town centre. Park was well kept. Lots of walks and lookouts in the area to explore. Did not realise it was the weekend of the annual Gap Run when we booked.

Halls Gap Valley Lodges is a 28 acre property located in the valley between Halls Gap township and Lake Bellfield. Directly adjoining the Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park, we often have native wildlife (kangaroos, Red Deer, emus, wallabies) roaming the property. Fabulous views. Chalets feature two bedrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bathroom with 2-person Spa, Separate Toilet, TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo with CD player, Cathedral Ceilings, Climate control split system air conditioning and Timber finishes.
Our third visit to this place, and we love it. Nice, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The best part is the outdoor fire pit, you can collect wood from around the property. Plenty of wildlife around, Kangaroos, Deer, Birds, etc. The hosts are great. Will be back again.

This is good quality accommodation located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had a large living area and 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen size bed. There is a well equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom. Car parking was adjacent to the room. The wifi was good. We would definitely consider for our next visit to Bright.

Stunning brand new units now available. 4.5 star AAA green star environmentally friendly
This Boutique titled room (2 bedroom) was in need of a good clean both outside and inside. Cobwebs inside and outside the room. Very untidy presentation when entering the property from the front door. Fireplace had not been cleaned out and ash was still there from previous guests I assume. Scuff marks on internal walls and doors. One side of the electric blanket on the main bed did not work. Dial was not there so you could not turn on one side of the blanket. Coffee machine plastic inserts were dirty and had to be washed before using (pods). Room 2 Seashells. Hair was located in the bathroom (not ours). Located two spiders in the lounge room. Really disappointing. Location was good. Driveway very tight to get in and out of.

We stayed in the treetops guest house cottage. On arrival there was an overpowering smell of mould which we discovered was coming from a room with damp dumped towels left in it.. the room was pleasant but beware no toilet door in here at all.. eg no privacy.. Then of course there was no doona on the bed but two sheets with the doona in between. And then to top it off there was three blood stains on the doona.. Not exactly COVID clean.. i contacted the owner no response!! I would not recommend staying here if you are concerned about any health and safety... we paid 400.00 AUD per night for this.

Guests from Singapore to Sydney have all raved about Bellevue Farmstay, a working farm atop a hill in majestic country Victoria, just minutes from the Great Ocean Road. A visit to Bellevue Farmstay offers the experience of living on a farm, meeting, feeding and generally getting to know and mixing with our lovely pet animals (alpacas, sheep, dogs, cows, goats and cats). We offer Animal Feeding daily where guests can walk and talk with most of the animals, they are very inquisitive with individual personalities and come up nice and close to meet you. Time permitting, usually on a three night stay, we can have a pre-arranged visit for you to view 600 cows being milked at a nearby computerized rotary dairy. Returning to Bellevue at dusk during the winter months, we usually catch sight of some kangaroos in the wild. FARMSTAY HOME COMFORTS: For the larger groups, we have these bedding options in the Farmstay ::- Bedroom 1 (queen bed)*- Bedroom 2 (2 x single beds)*- Bedroom 3 (2 x single beds)*- Lounge Room (2 x double bed sofa sleepers); and - Family Room (2 x double sofa bed sleepers)- Portacot* electric blankets. During the cooler months, the house is kept lovely and warm with a robust wood-burning heater in the large carpeted Family Room, plus we also have a split system heater/air conditioner in the Lounge Room. There is a DVD player with a handful of children’s DVDs and games for the large flat screen TV in the Family Room. We have a spa bath in the bathroom and a separate shower and second toilet in the fully equipped laundry. We provide a starter supply of detergent (for the washing machine) and dishwasher. Our Farmstay is a comfy home-away-from-home experience for all guests.
This is a well-oiled machine of an experience. Travelled with 2 small children and the staff we interacted with are all clearly experienced and knowledgable about how to make a farmstay absolutely incredible for the adults and the children. A lot of care was put in towards making sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Lots of well-thought out, and safe, hands on experiences with the animals for everyone. Lots of kindness, laughs, and sharing of knowledge from the staff. Amazing tractor rides. The house is spacious, well-maintained and in an incredibly beautiful spot with gorgeous views of the landscape and farm animals. If you want a genuine farmstay experience, with kind, hospitable staff and lovely experiences - I would definitely recommend Bellevue.

We were looking for somewhere to eat after walking through the rainforest and on our way to Metung. What a treat, the venue and surrounds were just stunning and so unexpected . Dirt Road to get there but OK . Friendly service, attentive, well spaced timing with meals . Food was OK not super impressive, good menu, unfortunately my duck was too dry but partners Pork belly was great and the chocolate mouse to die for! Nice wine Matches most quality of wineries in the Yarra - would go back .

Your own luxury accommodation. Whether you are relaxing in the large king bed, soaking in the incredibly huge spa or lounging on the beautiful leather couch, you have stunning views, all from inside the luxury of your very own villa. Centrally located & just walking distance from the cafes & restaurants of Halls Gap & yet, very secluded & private. Couples only, can surround themselves with stunning views of mountains, bush land & wildlife, including kangaroos, deer, emus, birds & ducks. Soak in the fantastic spa, sip a glass of red in front of the fire, set in magnificent Grampians stone & watch the mist swirl around the mountain peaks, while the kangaroos graze at your windows. Stroll into town to the famous Kookaburra Restaurant for a fabulous meal of slow cooked crispy skin duckling or spinach crepes & sample some of the local wines. Stroll home and drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling through the cathedral windows. Luxury accommodation, a truly romantic getaway.
This place is something truly special. We stayed in the Bushland villa for two nights. Every window has incredible views of the Grampians, even from the huge bathtub/spa. The local wildlife are in abundance. Kangaroos, emus and so much birdlife to see. So well thought out, from the layout, the facilities provided, the yummy breakfast provisions, the little extras everywhere - you have all you will need, and oh, so much more. When a place is as hard to leave, as this one, you know it has worked its magic. Ps. My husband said - special mention for the shower - one of the best he had ever had

What a great place to meet family and friends especially if the weather is fine and you can be in the outdoor area. Enjoy a delicious meal and the beer from the brewery next door. It's a family run business and every one is on deck helping. We enjoyed every second and going back for sure!
