We were promised a tour 3 hour tour around the factory- and what we got was the standard 1 hr tour. On the day the factory was not operational( they do not work on Saturday’s). We were not informed about this when booking. We paid 70€ instead of the standard 9€ for nothing different We were given gifts - presumably to make up for the price difference and to justify the price- they were too large to bring back when travelling by air and products one could have easily bought . Nothing unique! DAY LIGHT ROBBERY! Go direct to the factory
- Gubbio is one of the oldest Umbrian cities. Here you can breathe history from every stone and many are the traces of its glorious past: the Roman Theater of the first century AD, the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo, the Gothic cathedral, the Church of Santa Maria Nuova. - After visiting Gubbio, we reach a renowned farm of the valley for a very tasty experience: pasta cooking class and lunch! Nothing makes us so famous in the world such as pasta! And nothing can make us feel like home while we are far away as a forkful of this dish, so simple and yet so tasty! - We then go discovering Assisi, Franciscan place par excellence, not only in Umbria and in Italy, but all over the world. We take a stroll around its fascinating alleys, admiring the most remarkable sites of the city: Basilica di San Francesco, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune..

- We begin our day visiting Assisi, the old town and the Franciscan places: Basilica di San Francesco, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune, Cattedrale di San Rufino, Chiesa di San Damiano. - River rafting is certainly one of the most fun and exciting activities to live in Umbria. Aboard an unsinkable raft, we launch ourselves into an adventurous descent on the streams, pushed by water currents, through places of great naturalistic interest otherwise inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows. - The Cascata delle Marmore is the highest in Europe. It pours into the valley formed by the river Nera, an environment extraordinarily rich in cultural, historical and naturalistic heritage. The botanical guides of the park will take you along the ring of the nymph and the meeting of the waters paths, telling you the legend about the origin of the Marmore Falls and providing notions about the most characteristic and curious flora that will fascinate even children.
