No issues here so have no concerns that you might be left stranded or that your guide doesn't speak your language or that the tour is somehow altered or changed. However at the price my partner and I were surprised at lack of basic historical facts so check the resume of guide if you are a stickler for detailed knowledge of experiences in this tour.

People working there are nice but this doesnt mean (unfortunately) tours are good, organisation should be improved. Annecy was a beautiful place but you Can hardly hear the record they play during the tour with historic detaills and once in the city you are alone and free to explore on your own. I was supposed to go on a city tour as well which was cancelled and I got to know this once I was there ready to start... They found a place for me in a cheaper tour... Refunding me the difference and the driver forgot to pick me up to do the third part... Luckily I have a swiss phone so I could call the agency. Also would say they cant speak good English so it makes communication difficult.

I fully believe that my newfound love of Skiing is all thanks to Andrea and his teaching methods. He was patient, empathic, engaging, and thorough with any feedback that I needed and when things were not working out he was able to change tact and figure out a way to make it work for me. I had never been skiing before and Andrea was excellent at settling me into how it worked, from the boots and skis to how to turn and position my body while skiing. Andrea was very knowledgeable and experienced. After our last lesson (2nd lesson ever) I had enough confidence and learned so much from Andrea that I was able to head back up the slopes again after our lesson on my own. This is a testament to his ability as not only a skier but as an instructor. I would encourage anyone thinking of taking up skiing or improving their technique to book a lesson with Andrea.

This was absolutely delightful. We couldn't have had a better time, due to our incredible guide,Ulrich. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our intentions. He made the long ride entertaining as well as educational. We would definitely use his service again. Our only issue was trying to reach your office by phone a couple of days before our trip to confirm and not being able to reach anyone. This created undo stress and it totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Thank you for our great guide. Maurice & Teena Nanoia

Early morning start for the day from Milan. First part of journey is by coach. Amazing scenery along the way. Only down side was the first stop for toilet and coffee if required. Establishment either not prepared for the huge influx of people and buses. One was lucky to get to the toilet let alone get coffee. Ohh and another negative, the rude fellow passengers who have scant regard for arriving back in allocated time. Lovely lunch before boarding the Red train( no it’s not the Bernina) however the trip was spectacular. We were fortunate there had been heavy snowfalls the day before. A trip not to be missed.

Mount Pilatus is a mountain massiv with several peaks, overlooking Lucerne. The top can be reached with the Pilatus Railway, the world's steepest cogwheel railway, from Alpnachstad, operating from May to November (depending on snow conditions) and the whole year with the aerial panorama gondolas and aerial cableways from Kriens. The classical "Golden Round Trip" involves taking the lake boat from Luzern across to Alpnachstad, going up by the coghwheel railway and returning down on the aerial cableways and panorama gondolas to Kriens, from where the bus takes you back to Luzern. Our tourguide accompanies you on this tour from the starting point, shows you the changing landscape and answers your questions about the country and its people. The tour guide knows the way and shows you a few places away from the tourist flow.
Inclusions: all taxes, fees and handling charges, local tourguide operated by Swiss Travel Guide for your party only, all transportation fees for boat, coghwheel railway, gondola and bus

The boat to cog railway to mountain was fine. A good alternative to the hiking we had been doing, and the mountain is lovely as long as you expect to be in a resort area at the top. You can get away from the crowd by walking a bit, which we did and it was very rewarding. Our guide was decent, nice fellow, and spoke excellent English. He gave us some tidbits on the boat re: mountain and local culture but he also didn’t know the answer to some of our questions and was not much help about where to eat in Lucerne or what else to do.

Very Excellent tour with guide Greg, he’s extremely informative and patient! A couple missed to exit the ferry and he went onboard to pick them. Misfortune happened as the ferry left with 3 of them onboard. He quickly contacted one of the tour members and assured us he will return in subsequent ferry. He made it back and continued our tour, even extending it to ensure we cover the tour in an unhurried and pleasant manner. Memorable trip!

During a short stay in Zurich we took a two hour city tour with headphone commentary (due to the virus there we no tour guides available). For us, at two hours the tour was just about the right length and the commentary was interesting and informative with a narrative that extended to both the city and national relevance. A word about the driver - he was friendly and just about the best bus/ coach driver I have ever experienced. He navigated the often narrow streets and turnings superbly and was courteous to other drivers and pedestrians. Whilst we thought this was quite an expensive tour, (most things in Zurich are quite expensive), we did very much enjoy it and would certainly recommend it.....
