Our guide was amazing and the trip was breathtaking. If you are into WWII history, this is definitely for you. This is also great for those who want a chance to see the beautiful Oslo Fjord and take in some of the local cuisine. Our lunch was lovely as we sat right in the water. We lucked out with fanatically clear, warm weather so that made it even better. There is some mild hiking so wear good shoes for that, and layers! You never know what Oslo weather will be like. All in all, would DEFINITELY recommend!!

What are the Oslo Highlights you might ask yourself? According to us a walking tour of the inner city including the Opera and Palace, combined with two true Oslo Highlights, the Viking Ship Museum and the Vigeland Park.
Inclusions: Local guide, Public Transport

Family Zoom tour of Oslo! Our family from all over the USA had the very best experience with Craig! He was amazing. Three generations of us were able to experience a private walking tour of Oslo "together". We were supposed to travel to Norway on March 20, 2020 but the pandemic prevented our travel. Thanks to OURWay, we got to have two hours in Oslo. I can't recommend this tour higher. Absolutely spectacular and I would definitely recommend this tour in person or on Zoom!! Dawn

Tailor-made full-day service (max 8 hours). Give us your travel details and we'll propose an itinerary. Please look at the other tours or our website to get inspired. Choice of luxury vehicle according to number of people in your group. You have the car and the guide at your disposal all day to drive you around and accompany you on a guided walk. Oslo City Center is quite small, and thus perfect for a walk. However, a majority of the city’s highlights are on the outskirts of Oslo, such as the great Vigeland Sculpture Park and the Holmenkollen ski- and recreation area (with the best panorama view of the city!). There is also the "museum peninsula" of Bygdøy, just across the bay, where you will find the Viking Ship Museum, the open-air Folk Museum, the Fram (Polar) Museum, the Maritime Museum and the Kon-Tiki raft expedition Museum. There are nice restaurants up in the hills or by the fjord for a lunch and/or dinner break We'd gladly recommend one..
Inclusions: Private tour, Comfortable Limousine, Van or Mini-bus, Airport or Hotel pickup and drop-off, Bottled water, Local licensed Driver/guide, Live commentary on board
Exclusions: Entrance fees for museums, Restaurants
We can not recommend Svein highly enough! We experienced many tour guides during our time in Norway, both private tours and tours with a group of 60. Svein was by far our favorite guide. He was kind and attentive, and found fun places to take us that weren’t the same typical tourist things we had already seen. We had tours both in sedan and van and both were very comfortable. He took excellent care of us and provided lots of laughs as well as an incredible amount of interesting information. If we come back - he will be our first call!!

I didn't know Oslo could be so entertaining until I embarked on this tour. Everything is encapsulated within a leisurely stroll around the city. You not only get to try some tasty food, you also get the background as to why you are eating said food. This to me is A+ as it is...but wait...there is more. Along your 'one foot in front of the other' endeavor you shall also hear about the culture of the city and how things have changed over the past....for better or worse. You can also test your knowledge with a little quiz that is included in the works. There is much more I could say but that's for you to hear from the guides. These guys are ever so friendly and it honestly felt like a day out with mates. Thank you for a great day out with tasty treats ;)

Perched hundreds of meters above Oslo and its fjord, the wilderness of Oslo is an amazing get-away from the city, for those in search of peace and quiet. You will hike from one amazing view point to another, stopping along the way at some amazing architecture (the Holmenkollen ski jump and the national historic landmark farm of Frognerseteren). There will be time to pick berries, picnic on a bare summit and maybe see a moose if lucky! The tour then ends at a forest lake perfect for a swim. This tour is for participants with a good fitness level. Trail shoes or hiking boots are recommended.
Inclusions: Local guide, Public transport tickets for the metro system, for travel to and from the forest.
Exclusions: Food and drinks, Gratuities
Our guide was very informative with the local history and took us to some amazing locations to get a feel of the city.

No other tour from Oslo comes remotely near this customer acclaimed day tour taking you from the Capital, over the mountains, and via the Fjords to the picturesque coastal city Bergen. Also, while on this tour you are able to visit famous Flåmand the Flåmsbana Railway, or you can take a cruise on the Nærøyfjord that goes through the UNESCO site with staggering views along the route (additional ticket cost). Unlike the jam-packed Oslo/Bergen train, there are no hordes of travelers in front of your lens and you can make stops on request at great scenarios all by yourself. This tour is hassle-free travel from hotel door to hotel door with the most spectacular scenarios along the way. Norway Fjord Travel receives top reviews from its guests for their flexibility and providing local guides that are easy to be around, combined with top knowledge and humorous comments. Needing flexibility of a 24 hr refund? See the same tour with that option available. Note: Tour ENDS in Bergen !!

Booked this trip with a 50% deposit in January. Due to the pandemic, we are not trying to cancel but move the tour to 2021 when we rebooked our cruise. Been trying to reach Bjorn and company for almost 6 weeks and no response - left messages, emails, et cetera. The US Phone number has been disconnected, email response is non-existent. I always book private tours with only reputable tour groups - not sure what is going on but I am out a considerable sum for a 6 person party. Buyer beware - they may have been a good reputable company but to not even respond in months is unacceptable and buyer beware!

Discover an alternative Oslo, full of street art, hip cafés, surprising waterfalls, great food and award winning coffee. During this approximately 3-hour bike tour, ride the path along the Akerselva River, with a stop at the heart of Oslo’s food scene, the indoor market “Mathallen” (closed on Mondays). Be amazed by rushing waterfalls in the middle of the city, just blocks from the trendy Grünerløkka neighborhood. And an absolute must is a stop at the stunningly modern Opera and the modern redevelopment around it, including a stop at Oslo's newest urban beach called "Sørenga".
Inclusions: Local guide, Use of bicycle, Use of helmet
Exclusions: Drinks: water available for purchase at the Viking Biking shop, Food and drinks: tour includes a 20 minute stop at the "Mathallen", Oslo's premiere destination for local food and drink.
This was a really lovely way to catch the highlights of Oslo and is one of my favourite memories from my time there! It was the quiet season in Oslo in January 2020 before the pandemic got bad - I was glad they were open for tours at that time!

I enjoy this tour of Oslo. The guide was very informative with all her knowledge about the Oslo. The relaxed pace and encouragement to ask any questions made the tour a comfortable and informative afternoon.
