The tour is back for 2021! It is especially aimed at those who are looking to have an enjoyable, entertaining walking tour combined with a focus on capturing the magic of the beautiful city of York for your memories & social media posts. The tour lasts 3 hours and takes you off the beaten track into areas that visitors often miss. However, in line with Government guidelines this is reduced to 5 for now. Small groups mean everyone stays involved & engaged & you can ask as many questions as you like. I’ll show you around five secret and intriguing bars/pubs in and around Harrogate’s town centre. We’ll visit a microbrewery, a micro pub, a craft beer bar, a craft beer shop and finally finishing at a renovated antiques shop/bar! In each location, we’ll taste local beers and ales ranging from Lager all the way to Belgium Quads. You’ll learn about the history of the pubs, the breweries that produce the beverages, how beer is made, smell and touch hops/malted barley and even how to taste beer like a beer judge. All drinks are included within the price along with some snacks at the end of the tour. COVID situation: - All tours are now private.
