This is an easy hike down the old rail road tracks from the Atenas railroad museum. It is a historic bridge that crosses the Rio Grande River and runs along the Hwy 27. Great place to take spectacular photos from but great care must be taken because of many missing railway ties on the bridge. Not recommended for young children or if scared of heights.

Though the town is small and the park where this is located is small, you can park on either side of the park and take pictures with this gigantic Carreta, beautifully painted according to the Costa Rican themes, flowers and other symbols. During some weekends, you can even see fairs, where you can buy local produce. During Lent, there are religious events but during the pandemic, things might be simpler. You can also admire the Church building that is very unique among the Church architectural styles found in CR.

Coolest maze. What made it especially memorable was getting to the center lookout tower and then talking with the owner and creator of the labyrinth. He started building it about 2.5 years ago and opened it to the public 1.5 years ago. Many didn't think it would be successful, but it has been. The animals out front he is creating without any sort of guide - just his eye. He is in the process of growing a second labyrinth that is square and will probably be ready in about a year. Very inspiring conversation and really fun experience. The labyrinth wasn't impossible but it also wasn't easy.
