Bibra Lake Regional Playground

Reviewed By Serena_Freo

Water games for hot days and plenty of activities for all ages kids. Best of all its located next to our beautiful wetlands and you will always see some local wildlife. Please be careful when driving around the area - the are often bandicoots, turtles or lizards on the roads and they cannot move fast enough to save themselves from cars.

Zanthorrea Nursery

Zanthorrea Nursery is a retail garden centre with display gardens open to the public every day of the year except Christmas day. Our focus is on Australian Native plants and creating a sustainable garden that attracts in the native wildlife.

At first the wonderland of plants was quite overwhelming, but with the help of a wonderfully knowledgeable staff member we learned a lot about native plants and found what our garden needs. So much to consider - light and shade, sand or soil, etc. Good job the native plants are hardy - they need to be, with us!

Mundaring Community Sculpture Park

Reviewed By timgina1 - Perth, Australia

This park is great for kids of all ages. There is a huge climbing rope with a big slide to get you down for the bigger kids. There are swings, in ground merry-go-round, two flying foxes, a nature climb area with a tree truck that you can walk through and a play area with 3 other slides with many ways up to get to them. There are also objects up the top for the kids to climb on, one is a hand and another a digger. There is plenty of shade for picnics and a few tables scattered around. The playground has shade at different times of the day. Definitely worth a visit here for the kids to burn off some energy. Plenty of parking and its across the road from the Mundaring Pub.
