We booked this tour despite to the 2 previous negative reviews albiet from 2yrs ago, after booking we reached out to Rich and he promptly responded and put our minds at ease. The tour was at 9am, but we wanted to start a bit earlier to beat the heat of the day which was no problem. Rich was a hoot from the get go, had us laughing and at ease in no time. My partner is not a photographer but he had her taking great shots with just her iPhone in a matter of minutes. He took the time to explain to me some very important settings on my camera which I didn't know existed, lol. By the end of the tour I felt like a pro. I used some of those tricks in Prague the next few days after we left Budapest and got some great shots :) We ended at a famous Ruin bar which is a photographer's dream. Rich even tried to buy us a coffee but we decided to take him to lunch instead, lol. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about their camera and desires to take better pictures.

We booked a Localgrapher for a couples shoot in Arizona. The results were okay at best, and we regretted not seeking out an established local in the area. For the price, we received 60 very average choices and the ability to select 35 shots. We couldn’t even find 35 framed correctly. The localgrapher website is also a joke which requires a youtube video to figure out. The UI is terrible and the photos will disappear rapidly so do not wait to download (set aside a couple hours - that’s how bad it is). But really, just avoid. Hire someone directly.

If you're in Budapest for any amount of time, this photography tour should be at the top of your to-do list. Gábor is an amazing photographer. He conducted the session with only one day's notice and in the cold weather. I got some phenomenal shots at the best locations in the city and great memories to take with me. I highly recommend this tour! If you are thinking about booking it, just do it. It's worth every penny.
