easylaughs is an improv comedy group based in Amsterdam. easylaughs offers comedy shows, improv and stand up classes and improv workshops, in English. We have been performing improv at the CREA in Amsterdam since 2005. What people have to say about easylaughs: "The easylaughs cast is incredible. Each of them brings a different side to the improvised comedy shows they put on and the results are always fantastic. With their workshops and classes, you can understand from their shows why they're so popular with the Amsterdam improv community." "Fabulous people, extremely friendly, extremely talented. I can't stop attending their improv workshops, comedy classes and shows!"
Easylaughs hosts super fun improv workshops and courses, and during COVID they are online :) I also love their shows, which have a variety of formats! I am an overplanner, over-thinker, and incredibly introverted, and I absolutely love improv. It's for everyone! It's a great way to get out of "adult mode" and just have fun. It helps you live in the moment, and it helps me be happier.

Experience “Anne Frank, her Diary on Stage”, a theater play based on the life of Anne Frank. It covers the 2 years spent by Anne and her family hidden in the secret annex, as well as events occurring before and after that time. Anne's words poignantly reflect the tensions and tragedy of existence during her family’s time in hiding and make the period come alive. The life-sized set, 180 degrees around the audience, combined with archive footage and beautiful music makes it possible for you to experience Anne's journey that takes the lonely little girl to writing and into womanhood in the midst of terrible oppression. Free use of our Translation System, in audio and/or subtitles on an iPad fixed in front of your seat in 7 languages, 100% synchronized with the actors on stage. “Anne Frank, her Diary on Stage” is the first-ever theater performance based on all the versions of her diaries, including the uncensored ones edited by Anne Frank herself. This theater performance was created at the initiative of the Anne Frank Foundation in Basel. Income from the Frank estate is redirected to fund educational and charitable purposes worldwide.
Anne Frank, a Jewish teenager while in hiding during Holocaust writes her personal diary based on her experince telling of the suffering of the dutch people. Anne tells of her hiding behind a book case from the Nazi people. Her father later I believed published a book from her notes. This museum is a must see if you are in Amsterdam.

This is one of the best musicals I have ever seen. There is so much going on and the way the sets have been created (i.e. the audience is setting in the middle of the different sets) is very unique. The musical is an experiences for all your senses and the location makes it a truly unique experience. This is definitely a must see!

Wooden marionettes present a unique form of music theatre, for both adults and children: the classical marionette theatre. The Amsterdam Marionette Theatre performs in its own, small theatre in the old city centre of Amsterdam, near Nieuwmarkt Square.

Attended with my wife to see Jethro Tull in November 2018. Great concert and super venue. Very warm feel to the place with some quirky things I'd not seen at any other venue. Cant wait to go back, well worth the trip from the UK. Tilburg is a nice town and has a great selection of bars and restaurants.
