Best bike rent in the city. A lot of bicycle types for renting (MTB, hybrid, cruiser, street/dirt, tandem, bike chair for child). Friendly service, once speaks English, other's one speaks English only by the hands:) 200 rur/1 hour, 800 rur/1 day ID or valid international passport required.
