Owl's Head Provincial Park is a hidden gem, that begs to be explored. There's a freshwater lake surrounded by over 600 acres of the most incredible landscape! Long stone ridge like you've never seen before, a sand beach tucked away from the busy world, and a precious sea view. There once was a lighthouse with its own lightkeeper here, and there's still a beacon that guards the entrance to Owl's Head harbour. The drive out here on its own was amazing. Bring good shoes and enjoy this special bit of nature. You won't forget it!

Came here today in November. Was cold, but what do you expect. There were a lot of surfers in the area jumping the waves! Very cool spot!
