UitHoek is located on a scenic beautiful farm that is situated a mere 10 km from Fouriesburg. It comprises of self catering chalets as well as 50 camp sites. On-site activities include zip-lining, rock climbing and abseiling, hiking, fishing, bird watching, game viewing and 4x4 trails. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool.

The McFab hike follows in the 1925 tradition of a triple challenge with a celebration at the end. The difference is that this hike celebrates three niceties. A hike, a high tea food-feast and a spa treatment. The hike covers a distance of 37 km, over 2 days.

Our 4x4 quad tour is approximately 3 hours long. The tour takes you through the picturesque Maluti Mountains. There are Bushman paintings to be viewed – a national monument and must-see! Whilst there, a delicious picnic lunch is served along with locally-crafted G&Ts, ciders (non-alcoholic options available too). It’s a superb outing – gorgeous views!
