The Movimiento Ciclistas en las Calles de Panamá offers visitors the chance to know different parts of the city in recreational rides, free of charges, every Wednesday, leaving by 7:00 pm. The rides with an average of 140 cyclists, are 15 miles long, at slow to medium pace (10mph avg.), escorted by support car and police bike. It offers bicycle rental.
