A beautiful view of the beach, comfortable beds and a large clean room greeted us after a smooth check-in. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and made more special for their 90th anniversary in 2019. Service at the restaurant and at the front desk was very professional, always doing their best to cater to your needs. We stayed at another, more expensive, onsen ryokan in the area afterwards and this was leaps and bounds better! Stay on the premium floor here and you won't regret it!

Snacks and evening hot meals are served in the lounge. Breakfast has a good selection of food, both local and Western. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will come again if in Wakayama.

The Hotel was pretty nice. Though the the room was a but dated but the room was pretty big. Best is there is public hot spring. Price are quite reasonable. I had a nice stay during the 2days 1night. One issue is that they do have curfew due to the surroundings has night clubs.

This is absolutely one of the best hotel to stay in Nara. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The location was pretty strategic and near to the tourist attraction spots. The room I had was clean and spacious enough only for two people. The best thing about this hotel is the hot spring. Absolutely soothing and clean. 10/10 would stay there again!

If you're struggling to find a car for your holiday, then THE KASHIHARA is the place for you! Regardless of your travel reasons, the hotel has a hot spring which is open till late, so you can relax you body at the end of a full day.
This is the Daiwa Royal Hotel. 1 block n. of the higashi (east) exit of KashiharaJinguMae station, it's large and stylish in a dated, but superbly maintained, way. All the usual business hotel amenities, plus Japanese style rooms and 2 large onsen (not just oforu) baths. Very generous wide choice breakfast. Good base for a trip to Yoshino on the Kintetsu railway, or the nearby historic Imai-chi and Yagi-chi districts. Very helpful tourist office between hotel and station. Excellent restaurant 'Waraku Shin'; turn left out of hotel to main road, then 200m past Coco's. On right, 2nd floor up stairway.

Very nice resort-hotel, great view from the rooms and great onsen. Great souvenir shop at the hotel. Rooms are large but with poor decor that was probably done during the bubble years... Hot-spring is GREAT with beautiful view over the bay. In the parking lot of the hotel I noticed one evening a deer and a wild rabbit, that was a nice surprise.

A refined hotel where grand views of Lake Biwa and Mt. Ibuki beckon you to an out-of-the-ordinary space throughout the seasons. A space that blends with nature and soothes the spirit of visitors.
The hotel is at the side of Lake Biwa, the largest lake in Japan. Most guest rooms have a nice view of the lake and the parks along the lake shore. Guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant provides good quality Japanese and western cuisines. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. It has been a wonderful stay for us.

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.
