If you love gin, go here. If you don’t love gin, go here, I’m sure Ali and his gin making expertise can convert you! My husband and I had a fantastic afternoon here tasting several wonderful gins. Ali is full of interesting gin facts and information which he tells you in a funny and witty way whilst whipping up a couple of winning G&Ts. There is an impressive collection of gin and once Ali established our favourites he came up with some suggestions to try and did not disappoint. They were Gincredible!!! We look forward to returning to the Gin library and cannot recommend this place enough. Make sure you contact to make a booking and get a taxi so you can enjoy the gin without the worry of driving. The Estate is stunning and a fantastic location where you can sit outside in good weather or inside the gin library for some shade or shelter on a rainy day. You will always be in good company with Una the dog and Ali is really friendly, funny and helpful giving lots of hints and tips for the Island. The hardest part was deciding which gin to taste next! Thank you Ali, Caroline and of course the dogs for a great experience.
