A lo largo de los anos ha tenido diversos cambios, conservando siempre el mote de la cerveza mas fria del centro, su ultimo propietario Antonio el "calvo" Valencia, ademas de dedicarle casi cincuenta anos al negocio, fue figura del ambito deportivo Yucateco, sobresaliendo en diversas etapas del beisbol profesional y amateur, esto ocasiono que muchas amigos que compartian esta pasion acudieran a departir, platicar y exponer temas del amado beisbol.
