I discovered some lovely tasting beers when I first called at the brewery tap room in Christchurch emporium. Neil, the brewer, is a very friendly guy who really knows his stuff, and with the more recent addition of the Tuckton tap room and The Snug near Christchurch Priory, there's more opportunities to try these superb beers. I've enjoyed something new each time I've called!

Paint Your Own Pottery cafe offering a great opportunity to relax in a friendly and helpful environment. Open 5-7 days including late night on Thursdays. Check opening times on our Web site.
We have been to the clay studio several times over the years during our family holiday to Christchurch. The staff have gone out of the way to ensure covid 19 safety they have good procedures in place to ensure families remain safe during their visit. They have a fantastic range of pottery to paint and the staff are all to helpful to help and give hints and tips if required. They have a fnaststic selection of good and drink all of which participate on the eat out to help out. The studio is definitely a must during your holidays as it allows you to take a keepsake home to remind you of your time on holidays.

A wonderful and unique wine bar and off licence in the heart of the beautiful old town of Christchurch. Serving up delicious wines from all over the globe with a strong focus on low intervention wine making. Strong focus on the organic & natural wines.
We recently visited this wonderful little place and can highly recommend it! Corey and Scott were great, Corey has an excellent knowledge of wine and gave us some great advice, the meat and cheese and olives were excellent! we ended up visiting here for lunch three times in five days! Located in the heart of Christchurch you will find the oldest pub in town with six centuries of history. YOGI for short, the pub is serves a mix of modern classics, Mediterranean dishes and pizzas. Open Monday to Sunday serving food all day. Christmas parties and function enquiries welcome.
By far the best Sunday lunch we have had in Christchurch and the rest of the pubs have a lot to learn from the George! Great food and good value with extra Yorkshire puds and gravy. Nice beers and a discount for key workers. Well done you have set the bar for other pubs to reach. I will definitely be coming back for more. 10/10

A traditional English boozer. No food, local clientele, friendly staff. Love it. Generally not open much after 9pm Monday-Thursday due to lack of trade. Busiest early evening.
