Second time to Nusa Penida, first time to the east side. I am in absolute awe of how beautiful the place is, white sandy beach, clear waters. The short hike is quiet steep, definitely worth every step.

The island is very beautiful and it has 4 to 5 tourists attractions. Try to get there as early as possible. You can rent a bike or car to visit different tourist attractions.

We had a very easy experience communicating with fnp. Once we were on the island we were taking to their center up on a hill. Where we got to meet the cheerful staff and have a look around the facilities. We stayed in the dorm under the meeting building for 6 nights. In the days we did work ranging from tree planting to beach cleaning to bird monitoring. We got the see the rare Bali starling up close and their program seems to be working as their were many chicks around the island. In our free time we were shown around the island and amazing beaches and we also had a guided tour into a deep cave filled with lots of bats scorpion-spiders and even a little red snake (harmless). The staff were very friendly as well and we shared lots of laughs with them. Overall an amazing experience, would definitely recommend! Only complaint would be to install more/better fans in dorm. #ardiparty

It is the second time visited atuh beach, first time many years ago,the second time is last year,i visited Bali in June, and planned to visit nusa penida again.Atuh beach is a famous beach in nusa penida, but it is hard to get there, some called it as hidden beach, cuz it is very well protected from the cliffs, which makes it difficult to locate it.once you go there, have to pay a ticket, then you must go down to the beach, though it is tough ,once you are down there, you will think it is worth it to do so.the ocean color is beautiful,a kind of green blue, and many hollow rocks around the beach.the sand is white, and you can relax there, there are some sun beds also warung selling drinks and food.but i have no time to relax here, just took some photos and left.so sad, next time must stay around this area, and go by myself. be noted that the waves is very strong, cannot swim here, also going down or up to the beach a bit dangerous, so be careful.compared to the first time experience, this time i found that atuh beach attract more and more people,so a bit crowded here, last time i met some cute local kids, gving them some pens, they are pure and nice, missed thier smiling faces.this time all are tourists(included me),and i am not sure last time if i pay for the entrance fees or not.hope atuh beach or penida dont become more and more commercial.

A beautiful tourist spot with a tunnel on a cliff, which can make sea water flow into the pond.
Worth a visit to see the unique place. Angel Billabong is right next to it. The place can get crowded with lots of people trying to take pictures, yet there is enough room for everyone. There are cheap and decent eateries right next to it. The place looks great in drone photos. Mantra rays usually hang around the beach, look out for them if you got a drone.

This place has recently been scrolling in social media and yes it is worth the visit just for the view. Its located in nusa penida which is 40 min boat ride from the main coast of bali. Nusa penida is a small island with very small roads and i would recommend to book with a tour guide if you dont know much about the place. If you are an adventure seeker you can rent out a motorbike and explore the island urself. One of the best view is the view from top of Kelingking beach, you can also hike down the cliff where you can experience the white sandy beach ( hiking up will be hardwork). Over all worth a visit

Most people spend time at Crystal Bay, but the quietness of Pandan is worth the additional 20 min walk (paved mostly). Even if you are not alone on the beach, there are only a few most of the time during the day. There is a mini tuckshop, a paid toilet, and a (paid) swing at the beach. they loan mats too if you need one. The sun is blocked a few hours earlier than Crystal Bay in the afternoon, so I do recommend visiting in the morning/noon

Lumangan Beach is one of the beach in nusa penida Bali that is still quiet and not many tourist know this place. There is a cave and sand beach of this place, you can swim when low tide. To reach this place you have to pass on the bumpy roads from Kelingking Beach around 15 minutes.

My partner and I went down to Crystal Bay on the first day we arrived to watch the sunset. Unfortunately it was cloudy and we weren't able to experience the beautiful sunset we had seen in pictures. Nonetheless I was amazed by the beauty of the islands, ocean and bay. There were only a few food stands that were open. Mr. Wayans food stand provided us with cold Bintangs, and he brought us next door for dinner. It was delicious, and was a great price. The friendly and cute dogs made the experience even better, as well as the view!
