Once a destination for honeymoons and family vacations, Niagara Falls has really stepped it up as an action-packed vacation spot. The falls are literally the biggest draw – watching the frothy water tumble at alarming speeds can be mesmerizing. Throw on a poncho and hop aboard the Maid of the Mist to cruise close enough to the falls to be drenched by spray. Hit the main strip of Clifton Hill for flashy tourist attractions and restaurants galore.

Three magnificent falls, two American and one Canadian, mark the point at which the Niagara River rumbles over the Niagara Escarpment.
If you love nature, mountains, waterfalls, glaciers, canyons and all the majesty that is a natural wonder you can only be the perfect person to visit this site. If you are not a lover you will still be in awe of this site.

This Niagara Parks Commission-run facility, located between Fort Erie and Niagara Falls, is the only public marina on the Canadian side of the river. Boasting 135 slips, gas pumps, public boat launch, snack bar, and showers, the marina serves as the docking point for a visit to the area's innumerable attractions.

We went in the cold of winter, and thanks to jet lag were there really early to watch the beautiful sunrise over the falls. It was a magical, quiet morning, with great views and we really enjoyed our time at the falls - the sheer power of the water is something else! Another place ticked off the list, excellent!

...and enjoy, it's a very beautiful place ~ love it, its perfect for a relaxing walk! You'll find an outstanding rose garden during the summer months, tropical and rare plants treated with love, I like how many of them have little signs with short descriptions, and if you bring a bit time check out the Butterfly House... Botanical Gardens should really go on every Bucketlist, lol ❄ #hugZz ツ

A boardwalk that runs along the treacherous Whirlpool Rapids.
Cozy wooden boardwalk along Niagara River takes you on a self-guided tour with some curiosity posters on the way. Beautiful nature and magnificent views.
