Cikat Forest Park

Reviewed By vegedairy - Tel Aviv, Israel

We did the whole circular trail of the Cikat peninsula by bike at a child pace in around two hours, starting from the south western side of Mali counter clock to the Bellevue Hotel, long-stopping here and there to enjoy the air and the view. It's very pleasant and mostly shadowed but needs concentration because there's nothing separating the ~120cm wide trail from the rocks and the sea.

Blue World Institute

Blue World Institute carries our research on resident population of about 180 bottlenose dolphins in Lošinj archipelago. As research goes on for over 30 years, each dolphin has its name and can be recognized. BWI runs the Lošinj Marine Education Center where you can learn about dolphins and their environment. Also, you can Adopt a dolphin and support the work of the organisation to protect this small dolphin community. If you would like to participate in 10 day dolphin research course with BWI researchers, inquire about eco-volunteering! The BWI supports the Dolphin Watching tours organised by the Blue World Ltd. Activities follow the strict Code of conduct aimed at minimizing the impact on dolphins and providing visitors with the experience of seeing dolphins in their natural environment. Tours are guided by experienced educator and skipper. More on the tours at dolphin-watching.com

Lubenice Beach

Reviewed By evamC5140IN

Some people wrote its 25-30 minutes down but it’s not. Safely cca 60 minutes as its written on sign in Lubenice village. Better to have good shoes, tracking holes are very helpful. Some parts are very slippery. During the day there are few spots in shade but if you don’t have them, the way up can be very “hot”. Grab a lot of water, tent and be there at 8:00 ;), then you have a chance to be alone until 10:00 (people and boats). Definitely worth visit

Kandarola Nude Beach

Reviewed By helenah183 - Antibes, France

This beach is fantastic with beautiful turquose water. Normally we aren't naturalist, but this is a place for peace of mind and respect so it was a nice new experience. The entry fee is 20 kona per person and my recommendation is to rent sun chairs with an umbrella (40 kuna för two chairs+umbrella). Remember to bring cash. This is like a little paradise on Earth, enjoy!

Mali Bok

Reviewed By Hani_Hamid - Hamburg, Germany

The best thing of Cres Island is the hidden beaches. Mali Bok beach is one of them. Although it is quite challenging to reach the beach, but it is really worth the effort. The beach is located below the cliff near Orlec village and the car parking is above the cliff. It is free. From the village, we still head to the beach, the road was quite small. To go to the beach was easy but to go back to the car was super tiring. The walk-path was super steep and long, at least we walked for 20 minutes to the car. Make sure to wear shoes if you go there. Bring water and food. The beach itself was amazing. The water color was crystal blue. Although the water was cold when we were there (the end of August) but we still swam. There was no shade, so beware with the sunburnt. We spent on the beach in the afternoon so it was not that hot. We enjoyed our time there.
