We're guessing they don't have a werewolf problem in Koh Phangan, because every month on the full moon, thousands of people take part in the Full Moon Party's all-night festivities, including music on the beach. By day, you'll find a lovely island with coconut trees and plenty of sandy white beaches. If you're a diver, visit Sailrock for a spectacular wall dive.

Sky above, sand below, peace within. Look up at the cerulean blue sky. Feel the warm sand between your toes. Find inner peace with all of the natural beauty that surrounds you. The back and forth of the tide-pulled waters can be soothing to the soul. Take some time out to just be & enjoy a tropical cocktail or meal. Experience the magic at Oxa Beach
Very good party on the beach, nice vibes, nice views, nice tunes. Reccommended when in Koh Phangan...

Absolutely beautiful beach!! Gentle waves, beautiful sand, crystal clear water. A few small massage huts and little restaurants on the beach, but it's so quiet, so tranquil, so peaceful. Shade in the afternoon great for kids. Little village at the end of the beach has a few local restaurants, mini marts, laundry, a few souvenir shops. Very stunning, quiet and relaxed part of the world, it's so beautiful!

This has the best swimming of all the beaches on the island as it is deep very quickly. A tight little bay protected by jutting rocks on both sides. Small beach huts selling food right on the beach reminded me of Koh Samui 25 years ago when we traveled all over Thailand by motorbike, this is a travelers beach and not tourist beach. There are some curious old huts and shacks off to one side with some very steep hill rooms that seem part of a bungalow complex called Mai Pen Rai which has rooms overlooking the beach and sea, all very basic with cold water only, so definitely back to your hippy traveler roots here. The road runs out just before the car park area, so careful when coming off the tarmac on your scooter or car. it is isolated here but good for a days visit.

Blissful and idyllic. White sands to sink in, calm waters to chill in. Cocktails, fruit shakes, good food, gorgeous sunsets. We think: paradise.
Nice place to relax , good place to see the sun set, it is a secret place , we pass in front 2 times before seeing it
