Living in the old town area for a few months I ran here almost every evening. People also fish, skateboard and roller skate here. It has great sunsets in the evening with plenty of dining and bar options near the old downtown area.

This is a very pretty and relaxing park to just wander through or sit down and take in the beauty of the park and the river. Ths is just steps away from the Doubletree by Hilton hotel. Be sure to make this a stop when visiting Bay City, Michigan.

Very quaint park dating back 150 years. Beautiful ponds, play structures, tennis courts, pavilion and grass....lots of grass to picnic on, play, walk dogs, etc... this park in in the middle of one of the nicer areas of the city. Homes and gardens are beautiful. The neighborhood is great to walk and the residents are welcoming and gracious. Great place to visit!

I enjoyed the extensive and well-marked hiking trails, as well as the visitor center. Beautiful scenery along Lake Huron.
