Housin took me and my friend welcomed us in hisfamily berber house, and we enjoyed a looot from the beginning till the end of our stay. Despite the fact it was very hot, because it was August, we had chance to visit other pat of his family more deep in the desert and learn more about the traditional customs of rural berber people in the small oasis and their gastronomical abilities. WE enjoyed very much and would recommend o everybody this experience. Housin is a good guide.

Worst service and agency EVER !! I booked a one day trip to Essaouira with this agency 14 days ago, they confirmed with me the availability, I gave them all the information needed and confirmed the pick up location. I contacted them 2 days and 1 day before the trip to re-confim and they confirmed I also asked about another contact number I can call in case they don’t show up and never got the number, I was totally right because they never showed up !!! How unprofessional and disrespectful is this ?? no one showing up, no one answering my calls nor my messages ?? Worst thing is that they were online, read the messages I sent right in the moment in WhatsApp and didn’t have enough respect to say anything. I just don’t understand why would you confirm and re-confirm an activity and just never show up nor give an explanation?? Really shame on you !! I was planning for this trip for so long and being treated this way was definitely the worst service ever. So if you want to save your time and holidays plans never book anything with the agency!!

Marrocos is colorful and exotic. We chose to go in a group. But the tour had many stressful moments. We had to walk 7 km in Fez' Medina , no way to leave the group. The guide wanted us to visit places where HE wanted us to go, it was stressful... no time to enjoy and take pictures as we wished. The hotels were nice , but most of the days we arrived late , 9 PM more or less and had to leave around 8 AM. The desert experience was vey nice and well organized, but again no time to enjoy the town and the hotel. My wife and I have knees problens , the guide didn´t care for that . The tour can be done, but in Fez and in Marrakesh , leave the group and take a private tour.
