I Do not recommend this company I did a pre-planned day trip of Argentina. It was arranged they pick me up from nearby hotel. I msg to confirm and they changed the plans and I had to meet there which wasn’t Easy to find. I attempted many times to contact them via the phone numbers they provided and concierge also attempted, but they never responded. Then I only got half the tour. Try other more reliable and reputable companies.

We, my husband an I, did a private tour of 7 days with Facundo Zambrano to explore the Salta region, driving almost 2200 km. 138 reviews and all excellent (!) and this review is going to add to that ???? Traveling with Facundo has been a real pleasure. The nature with all its different landscapes, the remoteness, silence and absence of people are overwhelming and a unique, out of this world, experience. Facundo is all that you may hope for when you decide to travel for 7 days in a car with someone you don't know. He is a real pro, very passionate and knowledgeable about the region and the native people, a storyteller, a musician, wine lover, father and husband. And most importantly, he is just a very nice and pleasant guy to be with. The Salta region has touched our souls and it has spoiled s for ever.

We took this tour with Rodrigo guiding us in late February just before the coronavirus shut down travel. Having the personal attention of a private tour was great and Rodrigo quickly gauged our interests and modified the tour to meet our interests as we went. We were fortunate being in the region during Carnivale celebrations and to be able to experience the thrill and chaos of the occasion. There were many highlights of an action packed few days but the Hornocal, Salinas Grandes and San Salvador de Jujuy stand out. Rodrigo’s knowledge of the history and culture and personal contacts were excellent and really added to our enjoyment. We can highly recommend this trip and Poncho Tours service from the booking process, airport pickup and arrangements generally were exemplary.

It is all very nice but the best is Pumamarca. Spare a couple of days to stay there and explore and enjoy that amaizing place. El Tren de la Nubes was a deception. Very good organization but they don’t have a policy to return the money to somebody who gave a 3 days in advance cancelation. You will not enter the clouds, it’s just a name and crossing a 150 feet bridge is ........

Karen Rosa worked with me and my sister-in-law, Pat Holland, in arranging a unbelievable trip to Chile in March 2020. She was very accommodating when we kept tweaking our plans and she responded to each of our wishes professionally. We were sent a detailed itinerary delineating our private pick up times, where we should meet for our private tours as well as group tours and description of the sites we would be experiencing . We arrived in Chile on March 12 and due to the pandemic we chose to depart on March 13, late evening. We had arranged our own travel from United States. Karen worked with our wonderful travel insurance agency, Travel Guard. From the beginning, Karen told us she would seek refunds for the hotels, travel and tours that we were not able to participate in. We did receive a refund today from Say Hueque. I know this must be difficult financial times for travel agencies but Karen and her travel company follow through on their promise. When things get a little bit more normal I would not hesitate to use Karen Rosa and the services of Say Hueque
