Krisna was personally recommended by a friend. He is very knowledgeable, speaks good English, and willing to answer any questions. My family and I enjoyed a great time with him. The Swing was just part of the highlight. We get picked up from the hotel right on time. As I was with my family, he helped me pack the kids' stuff in the car. Driving skill was excellent and throughout our journey, he made us laugh all the way. The package we got was all-inclusive, hence you don’t need to worry about paying for entrance and stuff. We had a full informative tour of Ubud and see it in a different light. The tour was inclusive of Celuk Village, Puseh Batuan Temple, Tegenungan Waterfall, Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, and Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation. Overall, we had a great time.

Putu (our tour guide) responded to our request within a few hours and arranged a wonderful tour for us with very little notice. We asked to see the coffee plantation, the waterfall, artists village, rice terraces and a temple (at his recommendation). He created the perfect itinerary for this and whilst entrance fees were not included this was no issue at all as they are so cheap. We were very impressed with the cost of the tour aswell. A wonderful day overall and he even took photos for us which are brilliant. Thanks Putu!

Two trips completed, one more already booked and hopefully lots more to still book! IntroTravel is my go-to way to travel. Not only does it take away all of the complexities of finding great accommodation and booking transport but they even give you a detailed guide of what to pack, best types of bag to use and what jabs/visa you need to think about beforehand. Having done the Vietnam and Bali trips I can say that I genuinely loved both of them. Not only are there a great mix of people you meet in the group, you also have the BEST guides - shout out to Adele (Bali) and Nathan (Vietnam) for both being brilliant!! Not only were the tour guides the mum/dad of the group making sure you don’t miss the coach/train/ferry but they have also both became good friends of mine now even 1yr+ after each trip. The accommodation is great, the food is fantastic, the experiences you have will stay with you forever. But it really is the tour guides that take these trips from being great to truly amazing! I can’t wait to visit Japan next April! ADELE YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you for making this trip even better than expected!

This review is long overdue but the memory is still very fresh in my mind since we had such a great experience with Kadek. We had a full day tour and we truly believe that Kadek is the reason why he had so much fun that day. He was so genuinely kind and easy going. We went to the water fall, the natural spring and the volcano water park. It was probably one of our best days in Bali. Kadek even stopped by the market and let us try some of the local fruit (mangosteen and rambutan have now become my addiction). If we come back we plan to do this same tour all over again and ask for Kadek!

This is the first time we come to bali, and we ask them to arrange our trip, we really want to go to Ubud, Handara gate, and Lempuyang temple so we ask them are we able to go to all those place. they suggest for the ubud tour only, and we don't think it's good enough, we want to go to all those places, but from everything they said we ended up to go to Lempuyang and Tirta Gangga but not to go to Ubud and handara. After arriving at Lempuyang, it was not so special because we visited the temple was very crowded with visitors, it took 2.5 hours to wait for the queue to take photos, but that's okay, because we were fascinated by the beauty of the temple, just a little disappointed because the situation is very uncomfortable. after that we went to Tirta Gangga temple, very nice, a pond full of fish and interesting photo spots. The Lesson: Before traveling, we must research, the distance and where the place is located, what we get there and how the situation is. also the distance between destination from 1 with others can be different from the map. and maybe we should trust in the tour agent that arranges the trip. over all is good, i'm really like guide and driver, they both so friendly and tell our everything about Bali i really don't recommended the Lempuyang tour if you don't like climbing the stairs and crowded situation.
