Set in a mountain chateau style enclave in South Lake Tahoe, CA, Secrets Inn is a romantic, adults-only hotel. Our spacious suites offer comfortable king sized beds, gas fireplaces, glass walk-in showers, jetted tubs, soft lighting, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs with 40-channel cable and HBO, in-room brewed coffee, and refrigerators. Walk to Heavenly Village and Heavenly Gondola (ski lift), local shops, restaurants, casinos, indoor and outdoor entertainment, and Lakeside Beach. Free onsite parking and outdoor firepit.
My husband and I recently stayed four long nights. The original room we were assigned to was cheesy, cheap, and teeny tiny. After much complaining we were assigned a better room, comparatively speaking. The room felt like it was pieced together with old garage sale pieces, dirty carpet with fraying edges, outdated, and a rock hard bed. Between midnight and 4am, every night, we were awoken by a large bear going through their non bear proof garbage dumpster. Are the aware of the potential detriment to people, pets, and the bears?? Are they too cheap to purchase a proper receptacle?? The hotel is near, walking distance, to casinos, a small beach. The cheesy heart shaped jacuzzi tub fits two. Go knowing the risk.

The Inn features warm hospitality by owner operators, Bill and Debbie. The 7 Seas is clean, QUIET, and comfortable with very competitive rates. We offer 4-5 star hospitality at 3 star rates. Our guests love our hospitality and value and consistently rate us in the top five hotels in South Lake Tahoe. The Inn is conveniently located 2 blocks from our private beach on Lake Tahoe with discounted guest passes, Heavenly Village (with the Heavenly Mountain Gondola), interesting Tahoe shopping and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. We are only three blocks from Tahoe's best casinos including the Hard Rock, Harrah's and Mont Blu. Hospitality, cleanliness value and location are the cornerstones of the 7 Seas Inn. The rooms have a 2 person maximum capacity (including children and infants) in order to ensure the highest level of customer service for all of our guests.
Very average to below average compared to surrounding places at a similar price point. No major issues, just lots of little things. The heat in our room was off when we arrived so it was freezing and took a couple hours to really warm up. The door to our room had no latch and the only way to keep it closed was to lock it. There was also no inside lock on the door like every other hotel room I’ve stayed in. Parts of the room clearly hadn’t been dusted in awhile. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. The water pressure in the shower is almost too good. The small shower means you can’t really escape the very strong pressure. The floors aren’t carpeted or have even a single rug so sound from other rooms travels very easily. Also no coffee maker in the room. The two redeeming qualities are the comfortable bed and the location. Overall this place doesn’t deserve the rave reviews seen on Google or Booking.com. It’s missing lots of basic hospitality touches and is average at best.

Located in South Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Inn provides comfortable accommodations. Select rooms feature full kitchens, jetted tubs and fireplaces. Our location is within walking distance to Lakeside Beach and Heavenly Village along with a variety of restaurants and casinos. We have seven pet-friendly rooms; please call property directly to book.
- there was a whole mound of chewed gum stuck to the floor in the middle of the room - there was mold in the bathroom - the sheets and pillows triggered some bad allergies - there was construction and loud banging in the room above us until midnight. It started again early in the morning. I reported the noise at night. When I tried to complain in the morning, no one was answering the in-room or main phone lines. - They have a price sheet for what happens when you happen to dirty a towel prominently displayed to try to nickel and dime you. This place is THE WORST. Save yourself a few bucks and stay at a Motel 6. You’ll surely have a better experience.

This Inn features coffee/tea in a common area, a 24-hour front desk. Free hot breakfast, free WiFi , and free self parking are also provided. Other amenities include multilingual staff. This motel is 0.5 mi (0.7 km) from Heavenly Village and 1.6 mi (2.5 km) from Heavenly Ski Resort. Heavenly Mountain Gondola and Tahoe Queen are also within 15 minutes walking.
We were suprised by this place. Not your typical econo lodge. Quiet and clean room. Marble top dresser and nightstand. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Bathroom is the only thing that was less their desirable. I am not an overweight person but the shower is very small and I brushed the shower surface when getting in.

Under new ownership and recently remodeled and revamped, Paradice Motel is now Lake Tahoe's premier boutique motel. We are centrally located in the heart of all the action in South Lake Tahoe. Just a block from the base of the Heavenly Gondola, two blocks from one of Lake Tahoe's finest private beaches and three blocks from Stateline and the casinos, the Paradice Motel is truly paradise found.
The host was rude and disrespectful. She scammed us so please don’t book here for your own good. We tried cancelling our room but instead of being kind, she told us to stop talking to her and get out.

Bed was broken. The mini fridge was dirty. The microwave was dirty. Two lights in the bathroom were burnt out and were dirty. This place was a big turn off. Gross. Gross. Gross. Slept in my clothes. Got up the next day and drove back home. I want my money back!

Prices have gone up a lot during the pandemic. We wanted to find a decent place to say for an affordable price. Bluejay was just want we were looking for. Easy check in, at a central location in walking distance to the Gondola and restaurants. The room was a decent size with laminate wood floors and all the amenities we wanted; coffee maker (we brought filters and our own coffee to brew), microwave, and mini fridge with freezer (perfect for ice cream and our ice packs). The TV was a decent size and had a couple premium channels. Wifi worked well. There was a small table and 2 stools to eat at. The bed was decent (slightly on the firm side but still comfortable). The pillows were as expected on the soft/less supportive side. The blankets were very thin but you can turn up the heat of needed. The shower pressure was on the weaker side and then I realized the lower faucet head was loose and getting pushed out from the wall. Tried to tell them on check out but no one was at the window in the morning. The lighting was on the darker side but not a big deal if you’re not spending much time in the room. Pros: location, room size, fridge, bed comfort Cons: shower pressure, small wobbly table to eat on

A mountain chic, boutique lodge in a world of big, generic, same'ol chain hotels. At the quiet, wooded corner of Highway 50 and Tahoe Keys Boulevard, in South Lake Tahoe. Between Lake Tahoe and the pristine High Sierra mountains, in a tranquil mountain setting of tall pine trees. Tahoe Valley Lodge is mountain comfort at its best. Enjoy unique art, master craftsmanship and attention to detail everywhere you look. Each room is uniquely decorated to reflect and enhance nature's beauty. All in a warm friendly atmosphere to make your visit to our mountain paradise a memorable experience.
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. It is a great little place, conveniently located, and affordable! It is a short walk to the water, a neat beer garden, and other conveniences. The rooms are clean, and the staff was cheerful and kind.
