I stayed here as part of a dance conference so got a very affordable room, $125 a night. As is typical with conference hotels, they are out in the middle of nowhere. It was very hot but I walked about half an hour to an hour to a mall, McDonald’s, and a couple of restaurants. The walk is not very pretty, next to the highway, but I could have taken an Uber for about $10 probably. The hotel itself is quite large, internal hallways but actually pretty quiet. Nice pool, although they ran out of towels for our group. I did not use the hotel food services but they were plentiful with the in room coffee and were kind enough to give me a fridge and microwave because I had to bring my own food as a celiac. Staff was accommodating and it had a nice gym.

I rented a room at this place for two full weeks. I'm rebuilding my mother's trailer, and I reserved a room for my brother, who came from out of state to help me with the construction. The bathtub did not drain properly. It drained very slowly, so that if you were taking a shower you'd have to stand in a few inches of water. My brother complained to two different members of the staff. When the problem was not fixed, I myself complained about the problem to front desk staff. The problem was never fixed. Also, the housekeeping staff wasn't that good at their job. They didn't want to service the room that much, and when they did, they didn't do a good job. For instance, they would just leave my ice bucket full of water instead of emptying/cleaning it. I picked this place because it's close to home, and when I stayed here in 2018 I thought they had taken care of me pretty well. Not so this time. I don't see myself staying here again.

Trouble place to stay. Not worth 89 bucks per night. We left in the middle of the night because we could not take the smoke smell and paint smell. Our throats begin to close we had to get out of there. Our first room was so strong with smoke smell we immediately asked for a non smoker room. The attendant said they had no rooms available . I asked for a refund. Another room became available across the hall. That room was a little better as far as the smell. We could still smell the smoke. The room looked old just nasty. We stayed about 2 hours and we had to leave. Now if your business is for a rendezvous this the is place for you. Clean sheets and nice room is not your goal here if that is what you are looking for. Like I said we became ill because the air quality and smell of smoke and whatever other fumes. I would not complain as much if the charge was less the 50$z. 80$ way too much for this type of room. Beware the pictures are deceiving. Check out my pictures.

I would not recommend this hotel for any reason. Light bulbs were burnt out carpet was sticky door was banged in and had shotty repairs. Hotel staff wouldn’t come to the room to see our complaints they sent us back to the room with a bottle of spray to cover up the smell and spray on the carpet.

Best pillows ever and very comfortable bed and room in general. Friendly staff. I requested shuttle to airport for the next day and luckily it was there for someone else because the gentleman at the front desk said the girl I talked to the night before when I arrived forgot to add me to the list. Unbelievable.

The exterior of the property is less than visually appealing (there was old furniture and a basketball hoop piled in the parking lot) but the interior was well maintained and well cleaned each day. The also left a new bottle of water every day which was very nice. For the price, I would defiantly recommend this place.

made the reservation at 8 pm still had a 3 hour drive Called around 930 pm to let them know we would be there we would just be late. Pete told me thats fine we already charged you for the room. He didn't seem to care about anything else. I then got another call around 1230 from a female (cant recall her name) She was confirming again if we were coming. I told her yes we weren't to much farther away. When we checked in the room was hot t-stat was off and the room stunk terribly. With them confirming we are going to be checking in you would think they would have had the decency to at least turn on the air!!!! The toilet had a huge crack that had been patched on the base, the furniture had stains and there were lots of bugs on top of the window a/c unit. Then to top that off the tv was only allowing us to watch the religion channel. Now mind you we finally checked in around 1 am. (one of us requires tv to sleep) The front desk girl came to help with the tv issue. She spent almost an hour trying to program the darn remote (really !!!!!) finally I decided we would just turn the tv off and use our laptop. The beds were hard as a rock we only had 2 lump pillows. Then around 8 am the freaking smoke detector started beeping and wouldn't stop. uuggghhh Around 8:30 am someone tried to come into the room. I felt uneasy with this. We checked out not even an hour later. Needless to say compared to the Wingate by Windham that we stayed at the previous night this was terrible. We will never stay at a motel 8 ever again. We will not refer anyone to either!!!!!

Kind of average, nothing special but location, cost and free parking made up for it. Took about two minutes to get to Houston rental car return for early morning flight. Some broken glass in parking lot. Left too early to try breakfast but 24 hour diner, Hot Biscuit, in front of Ramada has good food.
