Cosy and comfortable stay
Reviewed By SongwlA very clean and neat accommodation with well equipped room. There is a common area for dinning provided with kitchen utensils and free supply of filtered driniking water. The entry of the property was secured with security digital lock. The owner is operating a sundry shop nearby. He is friendly and helpful. A comfortable and pleasant accommodation situated right at the centre of the village, highly recommended for all.

Reviewed By Joseba LUna buena opción para alguien que no quiera moverse hasta el centro de Kuala Lumpur si tiene que coger un vuelo al día siguiente. Se trata de un hotel con una habitación que cumplió sobradamente con nuestro objetivo. En la misma calle del hotel, a escasos 100 metros, existen restaurantes que abren hasta tarde y que son baratos. Además, el mismo hotel tiene servicio de taxis (un familiar/amigo del recepcionista, como es muy común en Asia). Eso si, negociar el primer precio que os den!

Reviewed By BliybliyStayed at this hotel for a night and I think for the price that is charged is not bad. The room and toilet is clean and that to me is the most important thing if I stay in a Budget hotel. The fixtures though can be better. One of the side table the surface is like damaged with black stains. But over all is it a good Budget hotel to stay in. Comfortable and decent size room.

Reviewed By alfredokeeThe hotel is located quite a distance to Sunway Pyramid Mall. However, a walking distance is good enough during the daytime. My room was upgraded from Standard Double Room No Window View to Standard Double Room with Window facing the road. The view is good but is hot during daytime although AC is turn on. Water pressure during day and night time is excellent but not during morning before checkout. Water pressure during morning is super slow even shower with cold water. Spacious, affordable, comfortable and super clean. Comfy bed with clean sheets. Can find some local food here in short distance. This hotel is cheap and has lift. And there is only two power point.

Reviewed By tryderfsbThis is as good as it gets for a budget hotel. Cost per room was 100 ring gets per night for a double. The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite and the rooms were very clean.the location is central and close to 2 big shopping malls. (500) yards. The cost included a small breakfast from the restaurant next door which served breakfast lunch and dinner which was reasonably priced. There were a few restaurants nearby which were good. In particular there are Chinese coffee shops which are licensed, but you have to find them, I was lucky because my wife is Malasian and comes from that area. Having eaton in some of those I can honestly say that in the uk where we live unless these restaurants are in Chinatown I will never eat in a Chinese restaurant again, the food in KL. is that good so are the Indian restaurants.all in all a very good time. One tip if you require a taxi get the UBA app as they are half the price of a normal cab. Thus hotel has the app. And will call them for you.

Film of horror(idiots on reception and herds of cockroaches in room in main role)
Reviewed By osaflyThe savages work there at the front desk. They refused check in a prepaid room within an hour.Conversation: When we booked? Two months ago. Which date? -I don’t remember exactly what your Wi-Fi password is, I’ll just take a look at the Hotels.com -We won’t say you aren’t a hotel customer. An hour later it is getting dark, I came to see the place of interest, but not find out. I will go, you find out in Hotels.com. Can I leave a backpack? -No, you are not a hotel customer .... Inadequate, what can i say...I, a client with a prepaid number, could not leave for an hour-backpack at the reception I had to walk for an 2 hours with a backpack of 8kg.Finally check in on arrival. The room is dead, cockroaches walk in jambs. But there is hair everywhere on the floor, as if someone had shed on it. Bed in yellow spots. Do not try to book this horror! Indian chain OYO(included this hotel)- go around the tenth dear!! Shame!

Bed bugs, windowless
Reviewed By Daryl wFirst of all the location. It is smack in the middle of Shah Alam industrial district so forget about going for supper or shopping. Our room was windowless. The control for our aircon and TV was broken so I had to endure the night sleep with a full blast aircon. There is no complimentary coffee/tea and no kettle. The bed is ok for tired traveller but my body had bed bug attack in the morning. However, water is hot and clean. Won't recommend those who loves to stay indoor but for those requiring a night's sleep, it is a reasonable choice. And a word of caution; I had food poisoning from the Indian shop at the end of the hotel.

Good Location and Good Price
Reviewed By ABUBAKAR2735I thought that the room will be small and not comfortable. However, the room was great, except the mosquito that interrupted me during my sleep. Hope the management can do something about that. The car park was easy and those want to visit the Batu Caves Temple, the hotel is just 200 meters from the temple stairs.
